Monte dos Vagabundos is an 8-hectare property half of which is fenced for our run-free rescue dogs. We are now offering part of the remaining land to animal lovers wanting to spend a unique experience in a gorgeous setting surrounded by nature and open views to the ocean and amazing sunsets/sunrises. All our dogs and pot-belly pigs are very impatient to meet you and welcome you for a big cuddle session, or an early-bird walk around the property, should you look for that type of experience.

Campervan - Cozy OceanCamper® roadtrip in Portugal

We are OceanCamper®, a small campervan rental company based in Faro! This is our cosy Vagabond campervan from 2020/21, designed for two people. It is fully equipped and includes everything for cooking, dining, a small fridge, outdoor shower, camping table and chairs, a comfortable double bed, and either sleeping bags or a double duvet. The van is easy to drive, and fits in any parking spot or road. It is possible to make late self-check-in and early self-check-out.

Bus converted into a home near the beach

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. From a 68-seat bus, we created a home that can accommodate four people. All the comfort of a so-called normal house on a bus parked in the middle of nature, a five-minute walk from the beach. We provide 3 bicycles for daytime rides and a BBQ for starry nights (only between October and May due to the risk of fires in the summer months in Portugal) There is also an outdoor jacuzzi to relax in the middle of nature.

Lovely views from the caravan and surrounding areas that reach as far as the historic village of Monsanto. Sunloungers and seating areas allow you to enjoy this view more comfortably. Please be aware that we are off-grid, so this may impact the use of electricity at night but very rarely in the summer.
