Monthly Rentals in Portsmouth

Dakota’s place was PERFECT!! After being out and about, it was nice that we knew we were going back to a cozy little place that made us feel right at home! We loved Dakota’s packet he left for us to see what was around us and what he recommended for stores, food and walkable areas. It was such a great location, we were able to navigate the area with only a few drives around. Dakota has a very clean space, and the bed was super comfy! If you are looking to stay in Kittery, stay here. You will NOT regret it!!!

Our stay at Tim’s place was incredible.. great location, super clean, and completely functional.. he did not miss a single thing that might be needed; kitchen items, bathroom towels, linens .. even the medicine cabinet was fully stocked with anything that might be needed. We would most definitely stay at Tim’s place again !

We loved the loft apartment. The living room was spacious and comfortable. The balcony off the kitchen was spectacular. And the loft bedroom with full bath was cool.

Great place to stay while visiting family in the area. Historic but still very comfortable
