With a total area of 77 m2, this is an ideal accommodation for 4 people, and it also has a sofa bed in the living area for a 5th or 6th person. The Seidia apartment, with fantastic views of the mountains in the Els Ports region, offers all the luxury and comfort for a relaxing stay with family or friends. It is equipped with all the amenities you need to enjoy a few days of holiday with family or friends in this area of the Els Ports region, next to the Matarraña. On the ground floor of the accommodation (41 m2) is the room comprising the living area, dining room and kitchen, the latter with a peninsula layout that gives the whole space a sense of spaciousness and functionality. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils (induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, cookware, crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc.). Still on the same level, we find a bedroom with a double bed, a custom-made oak dressing room and a bathroom. The bathroom is full (includes bidet) and a shower effect rain on the ground. This entire floor is invaded by a lot of natural light thanks to the imposing balcony with wooden railing typical of the balconies of this town square, and rustic mud tile floor recovered from the old house. We continue with the upper floor, a single 26 m² room in the form of a suite with a large 180x190 double bed, a wardrobe, a bathroom and a shower. Going up 3 small steps, there is the circular jacuzzi area with a direct view of the sunset over the mountains. This entire space also has important natural light that is filtered through the 3 existing windows. The entire floor of the accommodation is covered in high-quality, large-format porcelain tiles, with an underfloor cooling/heating system that allows the guest to regulate the temperature. The reminiscences of the Moorish princess Seidia are revealed in this apartment thanks to the creation of an exquisite and refined space with top-quality materials, select lighting pieces with noble finishes and a carefully studied colour combination. All these design features make this accommodation a memorable and unique place to enjoy your visit to Morella and the surrounding area.
