Wigtown, Beautiful solar powered Yurt

Dumfries and Galloway dark skies park is a stunning location to get away from it all on our eco friendly off grid small holding. The yurt is solar powered with 12vt lights and has a wood burning stove, shower room and composting toilet. The yurt has a double bed and three singles (all with down duvets) so sleeps 4 x1 or 1x2 and 3x1 . The chemical free, DIY hottub is very private and for the exclusive use of our guests, only available for bookings of 3 nights or longer

A luxury holiday cottage consisting of a wing of Kildrochet House, an early 18th Century Grade B listed building. Set within 5 acres of it's own land and situated in the beautiful countryside of Wigtownshire, South West Scotland. We started this listing in 2013 but only put the bare essentials in. Only today, April 4 2018 have we actually finished it. This is why we have had no guests or reviews from Airbnb so far! You can find 5-star reviews for us on Trip Advisor.

Our lovely comfortable 1st floor 2 twin Bedroomed apartment sleeps 4. It is beautifully decorated and furnised, featuring paintings and photographs from local artists, it has a lovely view over Campbeltown Loch and is close to local amenities. The apartment has gas central heating and constant hot water. It is bright and airy with a fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom, free wifi and large comfortable lounge. All bedding and towels supplied.
