At '235' you will have your own private space to enjoy day or night. The comfortable sofa bed can be made up ready for your arrival or left as a sofa for you to relax. Staying in the centre of town, close to takeaways, a brewery, galleries, shops, park and Carlingwalk Loch. Facilities include a 50" smart tv, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, table and chairs. Free WiFi. On street parking outside the property. The Potager Tree House

Situated within the vegetable garden five feet up. Unfortunately, not suitable for disabled access. There is a tree coming up through the balcony which gets full sun in the morning for breakfast alfresco. Living area is small and quirky but with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Outside there is a BBQ, a wood fired whiskey barrel hot tub and enough coals and logs provided for one night. The garden is secure and dog friendly. Private entry and parking.
