Holiday rentals with a patio in Portocolom

Wir waren für 8 Nächte in der Unterkunft von Valentina und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage rund um die Wohnung war äußerst gepflegt, sodass wir gerne einige Nachmittag am Pool verbracht haben. Der wunderschöne Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Die Kommunikation mit Valentia war super angenehm und unsere Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Lediglich die Matratze war für meinen Freund ein wenig zu hart aber das ist persönlicher Geschmack. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. 🫶

Besser geht’s nicht!!! Wunderschöne Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Der Besitzer und sein Team sind zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Aussicht atemberaubend und die Restaurants in der Nähe sind sehr empfehlenswert. Ich möchte noch so viel schreiben, aber am besten, man probiert es selbst aus. So macht Urlaub einfach Spaß!

Mein Aufenthalt in Corinnas Wohnung in Porto Cristo Novo war einfach fantastisch! Die Wohnung ist nicht nur wunderschön eingerichtet, sondern auch sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und in einer ruhigen, idyllischen Gegend. Corinna war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die stets erreichbar war und hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung parat hatte. Besonders gefallen hat mir die gemütliche Terrasse, auf der ich viele entspannte Abende verbracht habe. Die Küche ist modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Ein weiteres Highlight war der große Pool, der ideal für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen ist. Zudem gibt es in der Wohnung eine eigene Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, was den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler macht. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen erholsamen und komfortablen Urlaub auf Mallorca verbringen möchte. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich toll – sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders schön war die Terrasse, auf der man wunderbar entspannen kann. Der Check-in verlief super einfach und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig – perfekt zum Abschalten. Parken kann man auf der Straße, wenn man ein Auto gemietet hat. Man sollte jedoch darauf achten, nicht in gelben Zonen zu parken, da diese verboten sind. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vor allem nach Mitternacht schwer zu finden, sodass man manchmal ein Stück weiter weg parken und ein bisschen laufen muss. Die Lage ist top – besonders Playa del Muro ist schnell zu erreichen und absolut traumhaft. Wir waren zu viert dort und alle sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Alles war wirklich perfekt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Morgens auf dem schönen Balkon zu frühstücken, war eines unserer Highlights! Dank der umfangreich ausgestatteten Küche kann man sich sehr gut selbst versorgen. Hilfreich waren auch vorhandene Sonnenschirme für den Strand. Die Lage ist super. In nur wenigen Metern ist ein Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei, Restaurants und der Strand inkl. Tauchschule erreichbar. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr schön angelegt, gepflegt und ruhig. Wir waren nun schon das 2. Mal bei Iris und hatten wieder einen tollen Urlaub!

Hola!! La comunicación con Rafael y Elena, es excelente. Llegando a la fecha de la estadía, me fueron enviando la información precisa para llegar al lugar. Incluidos mapas y fotos. Lo que nos fue de suma utilidad! El check in, fue muy fácil de realizar. Lo que tengo que decir del dpto son todas cosas lindas, ya que se nota que está hecho con mucho amor, en cada uno de sus detalles, todo combina con todo. De hecho te reciben con una bandeja llena de mimos para el alma… bombones, galletas, jugo y hasta vino! Los ambientes son muy cómodos, sobre todo los cuartos, que en cada uno tiene un lugar de guardado. Un lavadero que facilita mucho la estadía, cocina amplia y completa, el living ideal para que todo el mundo esté cómodo, un balcón terraza, donde se comparten momentos únicos, la salida a la playa, directamente desde el complejo, es un placer y lo mejor de lo mejor…la vista que ofrece a la playa de Alcudia desde todos los ambientes!! Si buscan Paz, es ahí!Encontré mi lugar en mundo?

Location, Location, Location was PERFECT for this Airbnb! Gorgeous view all day & all night…. Nice ocean breeze, convenient parking, spacious and comfortable plus walking distance to many restaurants. The host, Gabriel greeted us upon check in, assisted us with our luggage and was very personable. We rented a sailboat with a captain for the day from Maksy Boats. Highly recommend! It was our first time to Mallorca and everything was perfect!

Wir hatten zu Viert (Kinder 15/10) einen großartigen Aufenthalt bei sommerlichen Temperaturen in Theos schönem Haus. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich: den großen und im hinteren Bereich schön tiefen Pool (toll für größere Kinder), die wunderschöne und selbst bei 30 Grad angenehm luftige Veranda, auf der wir fast alle Mahlzeiten eingenommen haben, die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (sogar Kuchenbacken zum Geburtstag war möglich), die bequemen Betten und die tolle Kommunikation, Hilfsbereitschaft (Mietwagen) und schnelle Reaktion mit bzw. von dem Gastgeber. Schneller, als wir gucken konnten, war z.B. der Sonnenschirmständer ausgetauscht. Einzig die Laufdistanz/-Strecke zum Strand hatten wir uns schneller und direkter vorgestellt; man läuft ca. 1 km an der Straße durch das Wohnviertel, dann weiter durch das Zentrum von Cala Pi und zuletzt die Treppe zum Strand runter. Das soll aber keine Kritik sein, es ist ein top Haus zu einem fairen Preis, das wir jetzt schon vermissen.

We loved our stay here! We chose to stay in Ses Salines over some of the more resort like towns near by, and were so happy we did. It’s A calm town where you can take in the authentic beauty of Mallorca, with a good selection of awesome restaurants within a 5 min walk. Also, a great bakery around the corner we frequented for morning coffee and pastries! The house is a quick 15 min drive to what ended up being our favourite beaches (Cala llombards, Cala s’alumia, Calo des Moro). And 30 mins from the popular Cala d’or. The house itself was beautiful and spacious, tons of natural light. There is a fully stocked kitchen, a lovely living room area, and the cutest courtyard. We loved enjoying snacks and drinks outside after a long sunny day at the beach. Would highly recommend the stay to anyone visiting the area looking for a home base to explore.

We had a great time at Antonio’s place. He was proactive with his communication and gave clear instructions. The house was Fantastic. Despite exploring several amazing beaches our kids always asked to swim in the pool upon arriving home for the night. We liked the central location of the home as it allowed for us to visit various regions of the island each day. Would definitely stay again!

Wat een geweldige plek! Helemaal verscholen in de bossen, een klein paradijsje! Hier kun je helemaal tot rust komen. Bovendien zijn Gabriel en zijn ouders super aardig en behulpzaam. We mochten mee eten met de zelfgemaakte paella en omdat we de eerste avond pas laat aankwamen, hadden ze alvast wat boodschappen voor de volgende ochtend gehaald. We missen de honden Sel, Toto en Jeep heel erg. Ze begroetten ons elke ochtend. Net zoals de poesjes. Ik zou er zo een paar maanden kunnen verblijven! Heel erg bedankt! 🙏🏻

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Casa Laura und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war genauso wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ideal, ruhig, mitten in der Natur und trotzdem nicht weit vom nächsten Ort und vom Meer entfernt. Jörg ist ein wirklich guter Host, sehr gastfreundlich, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

This house is incredible! It’s more than 300 years old and has been in the family for generations. The photos on the listing do not do it justice. Nuria and family were so responsive for any questions we had and any requests. The bedrooms are beautiful, we ate outside in the picturesque backyard for every meal and we cooked a delicious meal on the huge bbq! The pool is stunning. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Truly our favorite Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in—and we’ve stayed in many! The house is magical. The exterior is stunning and the resort-like pool was pristine and regularly cleaned. Inside, the decor was beachy and inviting, putting us right into vacation mode. The space was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. We loved the thoughtful family-friendly touches like the crib and toys, which made us feel instantly at home. The A/C was a welcome relief from the summer heat, and the welcome gift from our host was such a nice surprise. We also appreciated being a short drive from two quiet, charming towns with great food. Beaches were just 15 minutes away, so we could explore during the day and return to peace and quiet. Highly recommend this place—10/10 and wish we had stayed longer!

Maria Antonia always responded quickly and check in with her husband was perfect and punctual. Everything in her place was well thought of and the outdoor area was better than in photos! Large sitting area with comfortable sofa and absolutely gorgeous view! Sóller centre is a short walk away (30 minutes) but well worth it for the peacefulness and gorgeous, panoramic .view of surrounding mountains. We also really appreciated all of the little touches throughout, including countless candles for a wonderful ambiance. We would return in a heartbeat.

This is a magical place in beautiful natural surroundings. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. Well appointed and comfortable. Susi was such a warm and inviting host. The 3 dogs were so cute and Lula was always hanging out to play fetch :) This place is amazing and special just like Susi! Hope we can return someday.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Gabriel. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Tout le nécessaire (et bien plus) est là et en bon état. L'endroit est calme et a proximité de départ de randonnées. Le port de Soller est très agréable. Gabriel est un hôte très réactif et sympathique. Nous recommandons ce logement. Patrice

La maison de Ralf était géniale! Encore plus jolie que sur les photos! Le jardin est magnifique, la piscine très agréable. La literie est super confortable! Le cadre est très calme. Ralf nous a aidé pour tout ce dont on avait besoin, c’est un hôte extrêmement gentil et serviable, on a aussi aimé discuté avec lui! Nous recommandons à tous les voyageurs!

Appartement impeccable: propre, spacieux et avec tout les équipements nécessaires. Parfait pour une famille de 4. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse ombragée, nous y avons mangé tous les jours! Emplacement parfait : À moins de 10min à pied de la très belle plage d’Alcudia, à proximité de restaurant, Lidl a 2min à pied et possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue (en 5 nuits nous nous sommes toujours garés devant la porte!). Nous avons également apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Pedro qui a toujours été à l’écoute et très arrangeant. On ne peut que recommander ce logement !!!

We had a great stay. Apartment location was perfect for views and restaurants. However there were a lot of steps to access the pool which would not be good for people with health issues.Apartment was on the first level but again steps and awkward for brining in cases and shopping but view and balcony made it worthwhile. Host was very helpful, pro active and easy to contact. Lovely area to explore.

Fantastic, this was such a lovely stay, highly recommend. Claudia was lovely and extra pillows and blankets supplied as I get very cold due to my health issues. Absolutely great Hosts, everything was well thought out and the space was calm and welcoming.

Monica's house is a true gem! You can see the care put into every detail of the interior and the beautifully arranged garden. The photos really don't capture the true feeling you get when you're there – it's much, much more beautiful and spacious in person. Throughout our stay, we felt completely at home. Truly a wonderful property.

Maxim was very communicative leading up to my stay and kept me updated on check in as I arrive long before the usual check in time. He made sure I could get in early and his son Akim checked me in and showed me around the apartment which was great! Both were very friendly, helpful and great hosts. Would definitely recommend!
