Holiday rentals with a patio in Portocolom

We stayed at Valentina's place for 8 nights and felt very comfortable there. The grounds around the apartment were extremely well maintained, so we enjoyed spending a few afternoons by the pool. The beautiful beach can be reached in a few minutes. Communication with Valentia was super pleasant and our questions were answered quickly. Only the mattress was a little too hard for my friend, but that's personal taste. We would come again and again. 🫶

This stay was awesome! The environment of the homestay is very cozy and comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, the decor is very stylish, and you can feel the host's attention to detail everywhere. The location is also very convenient, surrounded by many food and attractions, and very easy to get around. The host was very welcoming and provided a lot of thoughtful advice and help to make our trip smoother. Sitting on the balcony at night, feeling the wind, it feels very relaxed, just like being at home.

My stay at Corinna's apartment in Porto Cristo Novo was just amazing! The apartment is not only beautifully decorated, but also very clean and well appointed. The location is perfect – walking distance to the beach and in a quiet, idyllic area. Corinna was a wonderful hostess who was always available and had helpful tips for the area ready. I especially liked the cozy terrace, where I spent many relaxing evenings. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Another highlight was the large pool, which is ideal for cooling off on hot days. In addition, the apartment has its own washing machine and dryer, which makes the stay even more comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing and comfortable holiday in Mallorca. Thanks u so much!

The accommodation was really great – very clean and equipped with everything you need. The terrace was particularly beautiful, where you can relax wonderfully. The check-in was super easy and the area is very quiet – perfect for switching off. You can park on the street if you have rented a car. However, you should be careful not to park in yellow zones, as these are prohibited. Free parking is hard to find, especially after midnight, so sometimes you have to park a little further away and walk a bit. The location is great - especially Playa del Muro is quick to reach and absolutely fantastic. There were four of us there and everyone was very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything was really perfect – absolutely recommended!

I was very comfortable in Jorge's apartment. Everything was clean and impeccable and he responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely stay here again

We felt right at home. Having breakfast on the beautiful balcony in the morning was one of our highlights! Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, you can easily cater for yourself. Existing beach umbrellas were also helpful. The location is great. A supermarket, a bakery, restaurants and the beach are just a few metres away. Diving school accessible. The residential complex is very nicely laid out, well maintained and quiet. We have now been to Iris' place for the second time and had another great holiday!

Hello!! Communication with Rafael and Elena is excellent. As the date of the stay approached, they sent me the precise information to get to the place. Including maps and photos. Which was extremely useful to us! Check-in was very easy. What I have to say about the apartment is all good things, since you can tell that it is made with a lot of love, in each of its details, everything combines with everything. In fact, they welcome you with a tray full of treats for the soul... chocolates, cookies, juice and even wine! The rooms are very comfortable, especially the bedrooms, which each have a storage space. A laundry room that makes the stay much easier, a spacious and complete kitchen, the ideal living room for everyone to be comfortable, a balcony terrace, where unique moments are shared, the exit to the beach, directly from the complex, is a pleasure and the best of the best...the view it offers of the Alcudia beach from all environments!! If you are looking for Peace, it is there!Have I found my place in the world?

Location, Location, Location was PERFECT for this Airbnb! Gorgeous view all day & all night…. Nice ocean breeze, convenient parking, spacious and comfortable plus walking distance to many restaurants. The host, Gabriel greeted us upon check in, assisted us with our luggage and was very personable. We rented a sailboat with a captain for the day from Maksy Boats. Highly recommend! It was our first time to Mallorca and everything was perfect!

The four of us (children 15/10) had a great stay in summer temperatures in Theo's beautiful house. I would like to highlight the following as particularly positive: the large and beautifully deep pool in the rear area (great for older children), the beautiful and pleasantly airy veranda even at 30 degrees, on which we ate almost all meals, the very well-equipped kitchen (even baking cakes for birthdays was possible), the comfortable beds and the great communication, helpfulness (rental car) and quick response with or from the host. The parasol stand, for example, was replaced faster than we could look. We only imagined the walking distance/route to the beach to be faster and more direct; you walk about 1 km along the street through the residential area, then continue through the centre of Cala Pi and finally down the stairs to the beach. But that's not meant to be a criticism, it's a top house at a fair price, which we already miss.

We loved our stay here! We chose to stay in Ses Salines over some of the more resort like towns near by, and were so happy we did. It’s A calm town where you can take in the authentic beauty of Mallorca, with a good selection of awesome restaurants within a 5 min walk. Also, a great bakery around the corner we frequented for morning coffee and pastries! The house is a quick 15 min drive to what ended up being our favourite beaches (Cala llombards, Cala s’alumia, Calo des Moro). And 30 mins from the popular Cala d’or. The house itself was beautiful and spacious, tons of natural light. There is a fully stocked kitchen, a lovely living room area, and the cutest courtyard. We loved enjoying snacks and drinks outside after a long sunny day at the beach. Would highly recommend the stay to anyone visiting the area looking for a home base to explore.

We had a great time at Antonio’s place. He was proactive with his communication and gave clear instructions. The house was Fantastic. Despite exploring several amazing beaches our kids always asked to swim in the pool upon arriving home for the night. We liked the central location of the home as it allowed for us to visit various regions of the island each day. Would definitely stay again!

What an amazing place! Completely tucked away in the woods, a little paradise! Here you can completely unwind. In addition, Gabriel and his parents are super nice and helpful. We were allowed to eat with the homemade paella and because we arrived late the first evening, they had already picked up some groceries for the next morning. We miss the dogs Sel, Toto and Jeep very much. They greeted us every morning. Just like the kitties. I could stay there for a few months! Thanks so much!! 🙏🏻

The perfect place to relax and unwind. It has everything you need, the pool is fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the patio with the barbecue and dining table. Son Moja is also a great location to explore the south of the island, in absolutely beautiful surroundings, with walkable distance to the beach, and with SO many highlights within 10 minutes driving distance. Jörg is really helpful and responsive and we would love to come back.

This house is incredible! It’s more than 300 years old and has been in the family for generations. The photos on the listing do not do it justice. Nuria and family were so responsive for any questions we had and any requests. The bedrooms are beautiful, we ate outside in the picturesque backyard for every meal and we cooked a delicious meal on the huge bbq! The pool is stunning. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Truly our favorite Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in—and we’ve stayed in many! The house is magical. The exterior is stunning and the resort-like pool was pristine and regularly cleaned. Inside, the decor was beachy and inviting, putting us right into vacation mode. The space was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. We loved the thoughtful family-friendly touches like the crib and toys, which made us feel instantly at home. The A/C was a welcome relief from the summer heat, and the welcome gift from our host was such a nice surprise. We also appreciated being a short drive from two quiet, charming towns with great food. Beaches were just 15 minutes away, so we could explore during the day and return to peace and quiet. Highly recommend this place—10/10 and wish we had stayed longer!

Maria Antonia always responded quickly and check in with her husband was perfect and punctual. Everything in her place was well thought of and the outdoor area was better than in photos! Large sitting area with comfortable sofa and absolutely gorgeous view! Sóller centre is a short walk away (30 minutes) but well worth it for the peacefulness and gorgeous, panoramic .view of surrounding mountains. We also really appreciated all of the little touches throughout, including countless candles for a wonderful ambiance. We would return in a heartbeat.

This is a magical place in beautiful natural surroundings. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. Well appointed and comfortable. Susi was such a warm and inviting host. The 3 dogs were so cute and Lula was always hanging out to play fetch :) This place is amazing and special just like Susi! Hope we can return someday.

Ralf's house was great! Even prettier than in the photos! The garden is beautiful, the pool very nice. Bedding is super comfortable! The setting is very quiet. Ralf helped us with everything we needed, he is an extremely kind and helpful host, we also liked chatting with him! We recommend it to all travellers!

Our stay with Pedro was absolutely fantastic! He is an incredibly friendly and attentive host who went above and beyond to make our trip special. Pedro was a lifesaver, helping us organize a memorable birthday party at Tobogan. His communication was excellent; he was always quick to respond and checked in on us often to ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself was perfect, stocked with all the essentials and in a brilliant location just a short walk from the beach and public transport. We couldn't have asked for a better host or a more comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay. Apartment location was perfect for views and restaurants. However there were a lot of steps to access the pool which would not be good for people with health issues.Apartment was on the first level but again steps and awkward for brining in cases and shopping but view and balcony made it worthwhile. Host was very helpful, pro active and easy to contact. Lovely area to explore.

Fantastic, this was such a lovely stay, highly recommend. Claudia was lovely and extra pillows and blankets supplied as I get very cold due to my health issues. Absolutely great Hosts, everything was well thought out and the space was calm and welcoming.

Monica's house is a true gem! You can see the care put into every detail of the interior and the beautifully arranged garden. The photos really don't capture the true feeling you get when you're there – it's much, much more beautiful and spacious in person. Throughout our stay, we felt completely at home. Truly a wonderful property.

Maxim was very communicative leading up to my stay and kept me updated on check in as I arrive long before the usual check in time. He made sure I could get in early and his son Akim checked me in and showed me around the apartment which was great! Both were very friendly, helpful and great hosts. Would definitely recommend!
