Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Portobello

Just what we needed as a base to visit everything we wanted to in Edinburgh. with having a small child an apartment with all described facilities was great. Ben was really responsive aswell any time we had questions. thanks for a lovely stay!

Die Unterkunft von Jay war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt gute Restaurants in der Nähe, man erreicht das Zentrum zu Fuss und ganz in der Nähe befindet sich der Arthur’s Seat. Der Aufstieg ist sehr zu empfehlen, man wird mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Stadt und die Gegend belohnt! Jay war sehr zuvorkommend, hat immer sofort geantwortet. Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt.

First class accommodation in an excellent area with wonderful host and great communication. Wonderful meal downstairs at Giulianos and made us feel very welcome. The house looked stunning with Christmas themed treats for the kids and grown ups and the tree was gorgeous. It was wonderful to arrive to our Christmas holiday in such a well maintained, beautifully decorated warm and spotless house. The kitchen was very well equipped and loo cleaner, counter cleaner and various other basics were included which was great because the car was so full I didn’t have space for my self catering essentials bag that I usually have to travel with. If the area works for you I would highly recommend this house. A great play ground was a short walk from the house and Anne put out some lovely bits and pieces to keep the kids entertained; books, games and toys.

The house was absolutely perfect in every way. Plenty of space to comfortably accomodate 6 people. The location is excellent; quiet but close to amenities and transport into town. Di was a sensational host, and the house had the best home feel we have ever had in an air bnb experience. The kitchen is extremely well equipped which is a nice bonus. I highly recommend this air BnB.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. A big thank you to the superhosts for your kindness, patience, and excellent communication in making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. 🙏🙏♥️

Our family had an amazing stay at the coal house,kid friendly with toys they can play with, very clean and had all the stuff we needed Carla and Alan were great host and fast to answer any questions we had. Would recommend for anyone that has kids Thank you again

The apartment was easy to find, it is not in the city centre but there are bus stops nearby. We needed to take a bus very early in the morning to the airport and it was easy. The apartment is comfortable and large enough for four people. It is well furnished to have meals in the house. We enjoyed the welcome pack in the fridge. The conservatory and the rear garden are lovely. Enjoy your stay there!

Marie et sa maison sont très accueillantes. Tout est fait pour se sentir comme chez soi. Les produits de première nécessité mis à disposition sont très pratiques. La maison est très bien organisée pour que 4 adultes aient bien leurs intimités et leurs commodités. Notre arrivée tardive n’a posé aucun souci pour la remise des clés par notre hôtesse. Tout était parfait, jusqu’à l’emplacement qui nous permis de découvrir Édimbourg, Glasgow ….

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.

Amazing location - very close to everything you’d want to visit in Edinburgh. Super clean and loved that there was an iron. Will definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Edinburgh.

A super, well equipped, quiet and very comfortable apartment in great location. We only used for a single night to watch a show at the Playhouse but it would also be great for longer stays.

We stayed in Elizabeth’s place for our first couple of nights in Scotland. It was perfect and exactly what we needed! She was extremely accommodating to an early check in and met us right when we got there with instructions. The area is perfect and just a short walk to old town, new town and Stockbridge. Close to deans village! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean!

Pauline est accueillante et attentionnée. Son appartement est grand, bien disposé, propre et bien équipé. L’arrivée sera encore plus agréable dès que les travaux de rénovation de la cage d’escalier (travaux qui sont en cours) seront terminés ! Excellent inner city Edinburgh location. Walking distance to everything, but feels very peaceful. Stunning decor, super clean and comfortable. Ella & Robin were also super communicative. Highly recommend. 🌟

We had a wonderful visit to Edinburgh, and Sue's place was perfect for myself and my 3 grown children, as we all got our own beds, and there were two bathrooms which really helped! We were able to cook and eat in the kitchen, although we ate out a lot. While not in the center of town, there are plenty of buses to take you just about anywhere, and there are big supermarkets right next door or just a very short walk away. Sue responded quickly to questions, and was very helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Brilliant location with great links to public transport, shops near by and Laura gave great instructions and the amenities and apartment were more than adequate for our stay! Highly recommend
