Ci troviamo a poca distanza dalle spiagge più famose della Costa Smeralda, a circa 5 minuti di macchina da Porto Rotondo e 25 da Porto Cervo. L'aeroporto di Olbia dista 15 minuti. La posizione è ottima.

Also unique is its view of the harbor, the city center and Corsica, which is only 8 km away via the Strait of Bonifacio, and the in-house car electric charging station, which charges 2 e-bikes and 3 bicycles. It is a beautifully located vacation home, on a hillside 80 m above sea level with 180 degree sea views from the spacious sun deck, embedded in rocky surroundings and Mediterranean vegetation. It offers sea views from all rooms as well as direct access to the terraces. A shared pool with breathtaking views of the sea and a nearby sandy beach "Li Cossi" (15-minute walk) complete the stay.
