Cosy, fully equipped apartment for 2/3 guests, in a beautiful and quiet gated community, very well located in the centre of Arraial d’Ajuda, close to various shops and the charming Rua do Mucugê (5 minutes on foot). You can leave your car in the car park and walk around both during the day and at night!!! The apartment building is built on sloping ground, so there is a staircase along the path leading to the apartment (not recommended for the elderly).

A clear view of the outdoor area features a large pool surrounded by tropical landscaping. Sun loungers are placed near the water, and the two-story building can be seen in the background, reminiscent of a contemporary architectural style.
