We stayed for one week in this apartment, and I’d like to say that it’s a perfect place. Quiet and charming with a beautiful environment. Irene was very responsive and ready to help with any questions or issues. And thank you for the delicious wine and breakfast.

We had a great time in this beautiful home overlooking the Marche hills. The interior spaces are large, the pool is super refreshing and spacious, the view for us who are in the city was beautiful. The large kitchen, as well as the living room. We were warm in the rooms because there is no air conditioning but only fans, but August was hot everywhere and at least we had the pool to dive in. We found the pantry full of delicacies for breakfast and also eggs, fruits and vegetables from the garden from which you can draw. We were highly recommended about restaurants. The bathrooms are 2 plus a service one, while the listing shows that it is 3.5; however, it was not a problem for us.

The experience at Mr. Sergio's apartment was very positive. The flexibility in check-in time was much appreciated, as was the host's kindness and availability. The property, located in the heart of the historic center, is spacious, on two levels and perfectly combines the old with the modern. The ground floor houses a cozy living area with equipped kitchen and bathroom, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The double bed, in particular, is extremely comfortable, thanks to the mattress and very soft pillows. The panoramic view from the windows is simply enchanting, offering an oasis of tranquility and direct contact with nature. The location is strategic: parking is easily available in the immediate vicinity, ensuring convenient access to the apartment. Overall, I highly recommend this place to those looking for a quiet and quaint place. I'll definitely be back!

Cordiality, availability and kindness towards the guest! The house is located on the second floor of a very nice building, with an elevator. We found the house heated! Highly recommended!

We stayed two weeks in this apartment I can only say that the level of hospitality is really rare! There's all the essentials in the house. In addition, Valter and Daniela offer you everything you need for a great breakfast and a wonderful bread from the L'Aquila. Stefano's apartment is modern, stylish, and tastefully designed and has a nice terrace. It is located in a central part of the town. Stefano is a good communicator, check-in and check out process was easy. Paying for our breakfast at a very nice nearby bar was a nice touch. We enjoy our stay and wish it was longer. Advantages and rare features to find in a vacation rental: 1)mattress so comfortable that it feels like staying at home. 2)recycling so organized as to be envious of the house. 3) perfectly clean bed linen and bath linen. 4) available host, welcoming (you will read in all the reviews of delicious tarts, abundance for breakfast and everything you need to cook at your disposal) and discreet. 5) Super organized terrace and perfect for relaxing moments after a day of sea and sun. apartment on the second floor in the residential area. Below there is the apartment of Anna and Rodolfo. Very tidy, spacious. It has a washing machine kitchen, both usable. There is a living room with a table to eat a sofa and TV.c and also a terrace .anna and rodolfo are very kind and available. Surprise rollerol took me by car to see Pollenza and two beautiful villages near macerata. I recommend it.

Stefano and his wife are great hosts! Everything was perfect starting from the perfectly clean bedroom and bathroom to breakfast with both sweet and savory products that we made under the porch given the good weather. I would go back and recommend it!

Our stay was very pleasant thanks to Laura's kindness and availability and the comfort of the accommodation. The location is great, it allows you to get to the beaches in 10 minutes by car, or to visit the beautiful surrounding villages. We really enjoyed the abundant and varied breakfast as well as the fresh fruit, always available. Laura also gave us useful tips on places and places to eat.

Very nice and affordable place to stay in Ancona

Andrea is one of the most kind hosts I have met. My sister and I unfortunately became ill on the trip and he checked in with us regularly and provided support. Incredibly communicative and went out of his way. Wish I could give more stars. The room was clean and well-kept with a spacious bathroom. The location was a 5 minute walk to the beach and had a communal kitchen that was stocked with a variety of utensils and a clean fridge. The housekeeper Lucia was also extremely helpful and kind. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting the area. Thank you both.
