What a nice place! The house was clean, the rooms spacious and we enjoyed the beautiful nature in the area. The privacy was also top – wonderfully quiet. Actually, the only downside was that we only booked one night. We would have loved to stay longer! Giannina is a top host!

Mario is a super host, always available and extremely helpful! The house was as described and has a great private garden with fence, so if you have a dog it comes really handy! Generally a recommendation to any family with kids and a pet.

Staying from Tommaso to Numana was a really nice experience. The house is spacious and bright, with two wonderful outdoor spaces, one of which is particularly spacious, where we could enjoy breakfast in the morning and relaxing dinners in the evening. The property is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, which made our stay even more restorative. Tommaso was an exceptional host: welcoming and always ready to offer valuable advice on beaches and local amenities, which have enriched our vacation. We recommend this place for those looking for a break of serenity in a beautiful setting.

The listing is in a very nice place. The infinity pool is huge with stunning views. The house is very well maintained and the garden is beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They took great care of us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we return to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

Cinzia was very cozy, the house is large and comfortable with large spaces. The house has a rooftop terrace on top of a staircase. The stay was very pleasant. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful stay in La Casetta. Surrounded by greenery, with a breathtaking view of the Marche hills, the accommodation is the ideal retreat for those looking for tranquility and nature. The house is cozy, clean and well equipped, with an outdoor space perfect for relaxing , having breakfast in the morning or dinner at sunset. The location is strategic, just a few kilometers from both the sea and the mountains. Friendly and helpful hosts. We'd love to go back!

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

We reserved the house for our colleagues. The house is very spacious, well laid out, clean, suitable for a longer stay, as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. Highly recommended.

The apartment is really very nice and exceptional with the private pool. The location is super central right in the old town surrounded by many restaurants. Communication with Chiara was friendly and straightforward, we would book here again directly.

Great place to stay for a vacation with two families. Sufficient sleeping places, a great kitchen … and of course the pool … were just wonderful. If there were any questions, there was quick and competent feedback and solutions. There were a lot of mosquitoes, but thanks to the screens on some windows, it was halfway controlled. The house could use some minor renovations … but that didn't affect our stay. We had a great time. Thanks

it was a beautiful experience, we highly recommend it, unique in its kind, the place is beautiful and you are immersed in nature with great comfort. The surroundings are beautiful and the structure is really great. We also took advantage of the spa, the night in the bubble was beautiful!! A note of excellence for Alice's welcome: super responsive in communication, she provided us with suggestions for restaurants (excellent Mangia), we even had a problem with the car and she worked to help us (on the weekend, not simple and discounted therefore).. we had all the comforts and great kindness so we were very happy and SUPERCONSIGLIAMO this experience and this structure

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts, Chiara and Sauro, are incredibly friendly and communicative. Our trip started off perfectly with a warm welcome on a central square, from where they guided us to the house and gave us a tour. The house itself was spotless and perfectly located. One of the highlights was the pool—especially great that it was heated during the early season. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, with mountains, beautiful countryside, and even the sea just over half an hour away. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, Chiara and Sauro were there to help. We’ve rarely met such warm and genuine hosts. Highly recommended!

Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. About the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Leonardo was just a perfect host. In addition to meeting us with an early check-in, he immediately delighted us with some local gems to be able to live it at its best and the small cadeau who brightened our stay. Having bikes available for travel was exceptional, the house was impeccable, the indication of an affiliated bathroom where relaxing was very helpful and classy (in addition to providing us with a discount on lunches and dinners). Highly recommended to anyone, if we come back here we will not hesitate to choose Leonardo for a moment. Thanks again

Beautifully renovated rustic farmhouse. Ground floor apartment, clean, very equipped, heated, air-conditioned, corresponding to the photos. Marco was very kind during the stay and for check-in. The location of the house is great with a car to visit the surroundings. The area is very quiet, with nice views of the hills and mountains. The property is adjacent to a very quiet provincial road and the exterior is shared with the owners who live in the adjacent house. A very pleasant stay.

What about Mrs. Manuela and her home ...... simply BEAUTIFUL. Manuela makes you feel at home right away, very helpful, nice and takes care of you not as a guest but as a family; I really appreciate those who welcome you with a smile, who makes you feel not as a stranger but as a friend and who comes to greet you in person. The house is the image of the lady, cozy, true and sincere; it faithfully matches the offers and the photos/description she has. The full and spacious kitchen, two great rooms and a functional bathroom; everything clean and tidy and with the possibility of walking to the sea and walking. IF you want to move a great point a few kilometers from the highway and the junction to Ascoli.

It's a lovely apartment, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We loved to sit in the garden area for dinner. Ivo, the host is very kind and helpful.

We spent a few very pleasant days in this house. The location is great, with a really nice and relaxing view, ideal for getting away from the routine and enjoying some tranquility. We found the house cozy and well cared for. We hope to come back in the future, maybe taking even more time to appreciate these really beautiful places.

Very nice quality renovations and decor, soundproofed windows and a beautiful terrace where you can eat and cook thanks to the BBQ provided. The outdoor pool is useful for a piavecole stop on your way back from the beach. Free beach that can be reached on foot and 300 meters away. Apochi meters away if you want there are also equipped beaches. Strategic location to reach the village of Colonnella, a 15-minute drive from where you can enjoy a beautiful view from above. YOU'RE ALL SET !

Cozy house, equipped with everything and full of functional spaces, both indoor and outdoor. Great for groups of friends or large families. Patrizia was always very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!
