The apartment is in a very good location and very nice. Outside of the crowd. The size is perfect for a comfortable multi-day stay. Everything is new and very clean. And Gian Marco is very available. I also appreciated the clear instructions regarding how the apartment works. A big thank you.

The apartment was an excellent choice. Conveniently located, close to the sea and the centre. The accommodation was spotless, dust allergy proof! Well-furnished and well-stocked. For us, who needed to prepare meals for our one-year-old, it was simply perfect. The owners were very kind and helpful, they gave us a lot of good advice about restaurants and the surroundings. We had a wonderful holiday in Macerata and the apartment was one of the elements that made the stay truly perfect. The house is cozy, clean and cared for in every detail. The spaces are well distributed, with everything you need to feel at home — from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable and quiet sleeping area. The location is excellent: quiet but close to the historic centre, ideal for visiting the city on foot and enjoying the beauty of the Marche surroundings. Highly recommended! If we return to Macerata, we already know where we want to stay!

Our stay was fantastic. Our host was full of good information and super kind and on the ball. The appartment is a quick walk from the elevator that takes you up to the old city. Park is right in the street for free or in a parking lot 5min walk. It was perfect for outlr stay.

The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

A lovely apartment with everything we needed. Unfortunately for us we only stayed one night due to a ferry cancellation, so we didn't explore the area as much as intended. However we had a very comfortable night and managed to fit in lots of the older sights of Ancona

Extremely positive experience. Serena was impeccable both in the phase before our stay, with timely and accurate information, and during the stay, making us feel at home in everything. We only stayed two days as the "queue" of a vacation in Puglia and we were able to appreciate all the comforts of the apartment and the facilities in the area: beach, pine forest, restaurants,... It didn’t seem possible, but the view is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Highly recommended for a peaceful, beautiful, relaxing stay in the Italian countryside near the ocean. The view from the pool is absolutely spectacular and the hosts are so welcoming.

The apartment is beautifully situated in a big garden with great big pool. Cecilia is a fantastic host. She takes care of her guests and is always very reserved. The equipment of the apartment is perfect, the rooms large and very tastefully decorated. There were four of us and that was a great fit. The area is not only perfect for hiking but also for mountain and gravel bikers.

We stayed at Villa Terrione for 10 days over Pentecost in May with 2 kimderns and 2 adults. The property is as new, mega-maintained and very well equipped. The facility is secured, so you can leave your car and valuables with a clear conscience. Pool (unheated) and jacuzzi and tennis court in top condition. Even 4 tennis rackets and balls were available. The location is quietly located in a mixed area away from the city. A great restaurant is 100 meters away ( definitely try it). Annamaria and Francesco were great hosts! We had WiFi topics at the beginning, they took care of them right away. Every request is kindly and confidently answered. We will be happy to come back.
