Had a lovely stay. The complex is beautiful, nice pool and gardens. Adriano was very helpful. It’s a great location, within 15-min drive to many beaches and nearby towns.

This was a beautiful place - spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and exceptionally well-equipped. Every detail had clearly been thought through, from practical touches like ice cube trays and ice lolly moulds to the grill and toastie maker in the kitchen. The home itself was lovely and comfortable, and the surrounding area was just as stunning. There were several beaches nearby, the local town was within walking distance, and other great spots were just a short drive away. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely love to return! We loved Palau and we loved this place!

This apartment is bigger than in the photos. Located beautifully within walking distance to Palau centre with restaurants and gelatos- max 10min, less thank 5min walk to the beach. It has an amazing view on the sea and neighbouring island. Privet parking is a big plus. There is a shared garden big enough for kids to run around. Flat had everything you may need for your stay. To add to that, Colette was an amazing host, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. If you are there, ask her about the fresh pasta shop. We dined from there 3 evening and wanted more.

lucky to have two beautiful warm days in late October. We also managed to swim in the beautiful pool of the accommodation... it would have been a shame not to take advantage of it. Yee!

House located in a luxurious holiday residence, surrounded by nature, with very well maintained exteriors, very complete equipment. Large well-equipped terrace for aperitif, dinner... Located a little more than 5 minutes' drive from the city of Palau. Very good stay... in the Mediterranean sun!

We were very nicely received by Chiara and were even able to check in a little earlier. The accommodation has everything you need. Clean, well-maintained and well appointed. Super centrally located, everything can be reached very quickly by foot. Parking is also available, a few free if you are lucky, otherwise €1 per hour, both of which can be reached in a minute by foot. Questions were answered quickly via Whats App or Airbnb App and we were also provided with local and regional recommendations on arrival via Whats App. Finally, you can say that you can't go wrong with booking the accommodation and if you want to stay centrally in Olbia, we would recommend this apartment. Really nice apartment with a beautiful view of the center of San Pantaleo, a convenient town to quickly reach the various points of interest in the area. The terrace is a great plus! Natalia (the host) was very kind and more than helpful in every conversation.

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

Our stay went very well. We were able to enjoy the beautiful villa, well located, quiet. This despite a rainy April weather at first, then very windy. The environment, especially the island near the Caprera, lends itself to beautiful hikes. The village of La Maddalena is very close, 5' by car, and there is everything you need. The host received us very well and was very accommodating for check-in and check-out times.

The hosts behaved incredibly well, they quickly answered all our questions, they gave us all the useful information about the house and the surroundings by constantly ensuring if all the need is met, I have only words of praise about them and the house that looks impeccable and did not miss anything. All the necessary accessories were present.

We spent a wonderful holiday in this lovely villa. Secluded location, a garden with a relaxation area overlooking the sea, everything clean and tidy. Convenient for Santa Teresa di Gallura and its beaches and also the inland area. Highly recommended. Ahmed is always ready to respond to every need. We will return.

We liked Marco's accommodation very much! Even in advance, we were warmly looked after by Christine, his manager – with a lot of commitment, great tips and fast communication. Among other things, we were allowed to check in earlier, received recommendations and received a detailed description of the way to the accommodation. The apartment was well equipped and we liked it – we were especially pleased with the wine and water provided as a welcome - a nice gesture! The location is great: beach, restaurants, supermarket and ice cream parlours are within walking distance – we could often leave the car behind. Near the harbour, you have to expect a few mosquitoes, but that hardly bothered us. A huge thank you to Christine, who always responded quickly, kindly and warmly – that's not a given! You can tell that the focus here is on people. 🙏🏻

Umberto was a great host with an eye for detail. He was available at any time and always would give helpfull tips for the island. The house is in the middle of la maddalena, Honestly don’t think it could get any better! We had the best time. Umberto is great!

Villa surrounded by greenery, located in a strategic position, a few minutes from Porto Cervo and the most beautiful and renowned beaches in the area. The presence of two bathrooms, one per room, is very useful. Excellent advice on restaurants and places to visit in the surrounding area. It was a wonderful stay, made even more beautiful by their dog, Dexter. We will definitely be back!

I had a great stay at Daniele's. He was always easy to contact and very friendly upon arrival. Tha space was great and had all the amenities that I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Great cozy place feels like home.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment from the beginning – it was clean, lovingly furnished and exactly as described. We would like to especially thank Marilia, who was so warm and helpful. Despite our flight delay, she patiently waited for us and welcomed us kindly. When we were cold the first night, she immediately brought us extra blankets the next day. Even a small Wi-Fi problem was solved immediately and easily. You can feel that she is a hostess with heart. We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation of Vittorio is perfectly located to the beach, is very nicely lovingly furnished and with its own covered terrace and small beautiful garden to sit and grill. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend Vittorio and his apartment

An absolute dream apartment in the center of the old town. Just perfect for us. The apartment is in great condition, sparkling clean, very high standard. And the warm hosts gave us additional positive surprises. Really an excellent host😍🙏🏻thank you for everything❤️

Complex is very new, in a nice location with all amenities within walking distance. The surrounding area is nice and calm and good to having parking available. Lovely to just sit and look at the views from the balcony. Apartment had everything that we required, was neat and tidy. Even though it was out of season the swimming pool was open although we didn’t try it. Check in and check out instructions very clear and also some lovely touches with the welcome pack and gifts. It was perfect for us and was an ideal place to explore the island. For couples or a family this would be a perfect spot in my opinion. This provided us a great opportunity to get our first taste of what this beautiful island has to offer and we would certainly return to this apartment and Sardinia if we get a chance.
