Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Porto Rotondo

We stayed at Maria's house for a week. The location is great. You can get to a supermarket quickly - just a 3-minute drive. The center of Olbia is a few minutes drive away and offers restaurants for every taste. It only takes 30 minutes to get to the beaches of Costa Smeralda. The communication with Maria was impeccable. She is a lovely and friendly host. We also got great tips from her about eating out in an agritourism. The house is well equipped, even if you are traveling with a young child. The cot was great - our little one was able to sleep great there. The terrace is great - part is covered in part like a pergola. The connection is great - the airport is 15 minutes away - you can't hear it. The highway is 1 minute away - you can't hear it. There is also a great gas grill (incl. Gas) available - we were also able to use this well. The lawn invites you to relax or play.

Sole's house is even more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It was spotless when we got there and it was nice to find water and some sweet things that got us after the long trip, The location is perfect for touring emerald coast by car and beautiful and easily accessible beaches are very close, Shops of all kinds are 3 min drive Everything was spotless! Thanks for having us!

This is an incredible home. The house is uniquely designed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are very private from one another. But what makes this home so remarkable is the location. The view is expansive and breathtaking. There are so many gorgeous places to swim all around, either from the giant (and beautiful) rocks and from the nearby beaches. The beach that is about an 8 minute walk through a wooded trail is a truly magical beach, wonderful "big" sand and shells. There are good places to eat and markets a short (3-6 minutes) drive away in the hotel complexes nearby, or go into Palau, which is about a 15 minute drive and has lots to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping.

Our family of 6 stayed at Gianni’s for a week. Gianni was quick to respond and gave us restaurant recommendations and even made a reservation for us at the restaurant right by their property that specializes in Sardinian cuisine. Excellent! If you stay here you must go. The host also recommended Autumn Festivals in the area. We drove to Ottano for their festival and it was one of the highlights of our entire trip. They provided beach towels for each of us. We loved playing family card games each evening at their dining table. Check in was easy and also an easy check out. Our family enjoyed our stay in Valentino’s home. We would definitely recommend a stay at Gianni’s property.

Communication with Michele is excellent and Paolo is available on site. House is located in a very pleasant, quiet and well-kept area. It is well equipped and you feel very comfortable. A very well-kept pool system with sufficient loungers can be reached in about 2 minutes and a beautiful swimming bay can be reached by a small path in about 5 minutes. The place is highly recommended.

friendly, warmhearted people, and so are the dogs. great hospitality. down to earth. we just felt home and welcome. we loved the setup of our stazzu and the whole place. a hideaway in the maccia, no noise, no lights but starlight. we´ll try to come back. all the best, jo&afra

Our stay was very pleasant in Paola's house, we have everything we need in the house… Beach toys for children, bikes, a magnificent quiet terrace and a very nice outdoor shower when returning from the beach. The village is a 10 min walk or 5 min by bike as well as access to the beach. The largest town Olbia is a 10 min drive to do more shopping and especially enjoy the many restaurants and other activities. I would definitely recommend this place.

The accomodation was very well stocked, Sam was a considerate and responsive host.

Sam's house becomes your space from the entrance,spacious, airy, bright,well furnished and reserved a real pearl where the most is represented by the outdoor space. Located in a perfectly connected area without any kind of chaos,ample possibility of parking. Delightful hosts and collaborators. Impeccable location

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Elisabetta hosted us very warmly. The accommodation is conveniently located in the center. It is spacious and impeccable. The old look of the furniture gives it its charm. We had very helpful recommendations and Elisabetta was very flexible on schedules. The only small downside is the sound insulation between the apartments which is not ideal. That said, I highly recommend the accommodation.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Sara’s amazing apartment in Porto Cervo. The apartment is located within a serene Mediterranean complex of beautifully landscaped gardens. The apartment itself is very comfortable for a family of five. But best of all is the location - on the footstep of Porto Cervo village - and the stunning view from the outdoor deck of the port and the rugged mountains. The place was in perfect condition, everything was very clean and tidy. It is also worth noting the comfort of the beds, in which you can rest perfectly. The host was always available for anything we needed. I rate the stay 10/10

We had a wonderful week at Silvia's house. The house is super quiet, very well equipped and Silvia was always immediately available as a host, sent us great excursion tips for the area and recommendations for restaurants. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

A beautiful detached villa in a private vacation home complex with several terraces and breathtaking sea views on all sides. In good weather you can see as far as Corsica and have the sunset directly in front of you over the sea. Very quiet. Very nice beaches in the immediate vicinity, easily accessible by car. On site, a very friendly welcome and very good and smooth communication with the host Alessandro. We enjoyed our time there with our 3 children! A great family place!

Unique stay. The animals on the property were such a cool experience for our toddler.

We had a pleasant stay with the family at Laura's house. The house is ideally located in relation to Olbia while being in a quiet area. A magnificent view between the sea and the mountain. Laura is also very responsive, it's super appreciated! Small downside for the dogs in the neighborhood who bark very regularly at night. But I highly recommend this listing without hesitation.

We had a great time in La Maddalena in Simone's beautiful home. The house is very spacious and well laid out, offering all the comforts necessary for a relaxing vacation. The garden is splendid, a haven of peace where it is pleasant to relax after a day of discovery. Access to the beaches is quite simple, which allowed us to fully enjoy the turquoise sea. Although the house is a bit far from the city center, requiring a bus to get there, it didn't pose a major problem for us. Simone was a super responsive host and always available to answer our questions. A big thank you for her warm welcome and valuable advice!

Beautiful place, magical garden, great balconies and terraces, so that every moment of the day you can find a comfortable spot to hang. Really helpful and kind hosts. Just a short drive to a handful of amazing beaches, and a big grocery store relatively close. Definitely recommend!
