Typical Gallura building overlooking the Gulf of Olbia. It includes a property of 15,000 square meters planted with olive groves. Ideal for families. The structure is independent, surrounded by nature with large spaces, garden, barbecue, shower and laundry. The house has a master bedroom with attached master bathroom and two bedrooms with bathroom. The living area, with adjoining veranda overlooking the sea, consists of a dining room, lounge and independent kitchen complete with appliances.

Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Pool & sea view

Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura is not a typical vacation home. Its wavy architecture has curves reminiscent of the waves of the ocean, the iconic nuraghi and the organic style of the Costa Smeralda. Also unique is its view of the harbor, the city center and Corsica, which is only 8 km away via the Strait of Bonifacio, and the in-house car electric charging station, which charges 2 e-bikes and 3 bicycles. SMALL apartment on two levels recently renovated. The apartment consists of a small living room on the ground floor with open kitchen and sofa bed (two single beds, the second is pull-out), while on the first floor there is the double bedroom with balcony and bathroom; it is also equipped with large outdoor space for exclusive use with private bbq. Dedicated parking space. Communal swimming pool open seasonally. The apartment has a Smart TV (no antenna) and pocket Wi-Fi.

Villa Diomede is located in Porto Pozzo and is the ideal accommodation for a holiday by the sea. The house is nestled within Mediterranean greenery and consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a television and a washing machine.
