Villa Rachele offers two apartments and a en-suite room, inside a villa located in the green of the Marche hill, a stone's throw from the Adriatic Sea. The two apartments consist of: a separate entrance, a large living room-kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom, if required there is also room for the addition of other beds. Each apartment has a washing machine and air conditioning. There is also the possibility of only renting one room inside the villa that also has a separate entrance and personal bathroom. Large garden and relaxation areas available for guests, in the summer months you can enjoy the outdoor pool and green space to eat. The first floor consists of a large living room, kitchen and a bathroom and the second floor consists of 3 furnished and comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all for the exclusive use of guests. Renovated in 2024 with selected materials and attention to detail, the house maintains the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the country farmhouse. You can stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city while still having the sea and the cheerful city of Civitanova at your fingertips. A Jacuzzi is available for the two accommodations.
