Villa Rachele offers two apartments and a en-suite room, inside a villa located in the green of the Marche hill, a stone's throw from the Adriatic Sea. The two apartments consist of: a separate entrance, a large living room-kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom, if required there is also room for the addition of other beds. Each apartment has a washing machine and air conditioning. There is also the possibility of only renting one room inside the villa that also has a separate entrance and personal bathroom. Large garden and relaxation areas available for guests, in the summer months you can enjoy the outdoor pool and green space to eat. Ideal for a romantic stay, both for those who are passionate about nature and culture (nearby you can visit wineries and oil mills, or the most important Marche art cities) for those who choose to take a beach vacation even two kilometers away you can reach the velvety beaches of the Adriatic Riviera, with all the amenities for fun and leisure.

The old brick farmhouse is located near the historic center. It is spread across two floors. The first floor consists of a large living room, kitchen and a bathroom and the second floor consists of 3 furnished and comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all for the exclusive use of guests. Air-conditioned attic 100 meters from the sea

Open-space attic of about 80 square meters. The building has 3 floors with an elevator, and the attic is reached by a flight of stairs. Inside, there is a living area with a dining table, a kitchen with a coffee machine and a microwave oven, a TV, and a sofa bed. The double bed is near the terrace overlooking the sea and in summer is set up with a table and chairs. The bathroom has a new shower, washing machine and sink. The area is well served and the beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

Newly renovated attic a stone's throw from the sea and the city centre. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts you need to spend a relaxing holiday with a sea view. It is located on the third floor without a lift. The apartment can comfortably accommodate three people and also has a sofa bed for an additional guest. Among the various amenities offered, you will find one coffee per guest per day with a pod machine, tea and herbal teas. However, we do not guarantee ironed sheets. :)
