The apartment is very comfortable and welcoming, equipped with all the services, very clean and with two beautiful terraces that are very livable. Sottotorre beach is easily accessible on foot in a few minutes.

We stayed at Simone's place for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. Meanwhile, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Let yourself be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was sometimes quite cold. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) we also used the fireplace and have it cuddly warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I really loved it:) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave lots of tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I liked him where you can see Flamignos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, Flamignos are there. Thanks for everything:)

We spent a week with Vittorio and Daniela in St. Antioco in June 2025. We felt like at home from the beginning. In addition to the personal, very friendly welcome by the two and a comprehensive presentation of the house, wine, a fantastic "tomato bread" and a personal "welcome" were already available for us. From the beginning, we had support and tips for the area, excursions, restaurants, ... The house is furnished with incredible attention to detail, at the same time the two have thought of all the practical things that make the stay pleasant. Even a cooler bag for the picnic on the go is available 🙂 We got to know Daniela and Vittorio as very warm people and will be happy to come back anytime. Thank you! Grazie!

Very, very clean holiday home, Maddalena and Franco are very helpful. The proximity to the beaches is perfect, also to get to the island of Sant'Antioco. We had a great stay. We'd come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The house is not only beautifully decorated, but also excellently equipped – we really lacked nothing. The private parking directly at the accommodation was particularly pleasant, which made the stay even more relaxing. The location is quiet and ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life – perfect for city dwellers who long for a break. Everything was very clean, well-maintained and hygienic, from the living space to the spacious, lovingly designed garden. A big plus are the windows equipped with fly screens, through which you can enjoy the peace and quiet without having to worry about insects. The hosts were extremely friendly, uncomplicated and always helpful – you immediately feel welcome. All in all, we can highly recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience.

The hosts are very lovely. The accommodation is wonderfully located above the bay. The bedrooms are very quiet and located at the back. The last 200 m to the accommodation is a bumpy road. You also have to be careful with some navigation systems (Waze), as the road is not displayed correctly. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful villa. The setting among ancient olive trees was absolutely charming, and we loved the tranquility of the countryside while still being so close to the town and nearby supermarket. The apartment was just as described and the barbecue and outdoor shower were great extras that made the stay feel even more special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Marina was a wonderful host and we would absolutely love to come back!

We had a wonderful time! The proximity to the beach is a great advantage with two children! No need to use the public toilets, we could get home in 2 minutes! The location is great, the beach is literally across the street! I highly recommend it!!! Thank you for everything!!!

Great Host, Great Location. spacious top floor with a view. coffee and pastries right next door. dinner/ food/shopping options plentiful with 2 min of front door. our host was there to greet us with recommendations and instructions. Beautiful and stylish accommodation. The house had everything you could want or need for a home away from home. Exceptional attention to detail and exceptional cleanliness. Lovely welcome hamper, including a delicious cake!! which was appreciated after a long day travelling. Great location with spectacular views from the roof top terrace. Easy access to a lovely beach. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Eugenia's apartment. It was the perfect base for us to unwind and relax after a long day exploring all that Sardinia has to offer. It's very conveniently located, super close proximity to the shops and town, without being too loud. The apartment has everything you would need for your stay. The accommodation was really clean and bright, as well as spacious. Maria was able to give me excellent advice on where to eat. The presence of the parking space is very convenient. Great value for money!

Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

The flat is clean, well-maintained, and located in a convenient area. It has good natural light, enough space for daily living, and basic amenities like a kitchen, bathroom, and Wi-Fi. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with shops and transport nearby. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay.

Bruna was very friendly and helpful, the apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable, it had everything that you need when you are self catering. Teulada is a nice little town with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops, but it doesn't feel touristy. It's close enough to Cagliari for a visit, and is surrounded by lovely countryside and fantastic beaches. We had a great week there.

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

The apartment is in excellent condition, the kitchen and bathroom are new. Teulada is not a strictly tourist town but has all the necessary services and a few good restaurants. And you can easily reach many beautiful beaches, both equipped and not. Raffaella is available, kind and present for advice and directions.

Couldn’t recommend high enough. Daniela was so helpful and always responded to questions immediately! The place was wonderful and we can’t wait to visit again!

Francesca's apartment is very bright, clean and equipped with every amenity. We stayed in winter and it turned out to be warm and comfortable despite the eternal low temperatures. It is in a convenient location, not far from areas where you can park for free.

Stayed for 3 nights in Mauro's apartment. It is very nice and well equipped, perfect for a couple getaway. And the balcony has such a stunning view, in the end you don't feel like leaving. The area is quiet, with easy access to beautiful beaches. Be sure to try the pizzaria 906, the pizzas are great and the view is one that you won't forget.

Daniela's place was great for our trip. A short walk to a supermarket and some walkable restaurants also close by. We were able to park outside the apartment which was super convenient. Gorgeous beaches just a short drive from the accommodation. Daniela gave us some great recommendations and was always super responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Chia!

Maria’s apartment was fantastic as was Maria. Her place was full of extra amenities and treats which we made good use of. Maria let us know about special events that were happening in Teulada while we were there and that made the visit even better. We would highly recommend Maria’s lovely place. This is the best AirBnB experience we have had. Maria is the perfect hostess.
