Great stay. Very friendly welcome, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped home. Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and green countryside. A perfect location for discovering Sulcis. We were very satisfied!

The house is in a quiet and private location and in a great location to visit the beautiful nearby beaches. The house was very clean and Marco and his family made us feel at home. The welcome drinks and fruit were really appreciated. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

The house is very modernly furnished. The devices are all modern and easy to use. The wifi was very good. All rooms have air conditioning, which is very good and quiet. There are plenty of shower towels and hand towels. The bathrooms are very modern, the only thing missing is storage space in the lower bathroom. The location of the house is very good. The very nice beach and many good restaurants can be easily reached on foot. Free parking is available right outside the door. Communication with Andrea always worked very well. There could be more plates and pots, then you wouldn't have to turn on the dishwasher so often. There are plenty of glasses, cups and cutlery. The laundry rack is too small and there are definitely no cushions for the wooden loungers on the upper terrace. These are things that you can certainly change. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the house.

Elisa welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us the great house on the outskirts of the city. The house is nicely restored and has a huge garden with grapes, apples, pomegranates, figs, lemons and Italian herbs. Everything was available in the house, bed linen, kitchen with basic amenities and many nice little things for the household. We had plenty of space and peace as the nearest neighbors 200m away weekend. It is outstanding for a family. There were four of us with a dog. In addition, Elisa gave us a lot of tips for the area and also recommended a great restaurant. There are many supermarkets in the area and many excursion options. You come to the house via a dirt road, which is relatively narrow. The gate is opened via a remote control. We didn't want to leave at all and would keep coming back. The place is really cozy, with good taste and a few minutes by car to Assemini' s downtown, where I found supermarkets, pizzarias and basic amenities! From there, it's possible also to get fast connection by train to Gagliari. I felt that Paolo takes care of the place in all its details and was flexible to do the check in. I also felt that the neighborhood is a safe area.

Stéphanie and Francesco are remarkably kind hosts, a great welcome. the fruits and vegetables from the garden as well as the wine and aperitif offered on the day of arrival. the house and an island of freshness in the heat of Sardinia. everything is functional and very beautiful, in the surroundings superb beaches and sites to visit are numerous. thank you very much to both of you for your very warm welcome. Spotless place and lovely caring host! The house finishes are delightful and clearly recently done. Pool area was clean , beautiful and the view is breathtaking. Beds upstairs can use a new mattress. It is a gated community so be mindful of were you park : spot labeling might be improved as it's hard to see from on board a vehicle. Not many walkable options for eating but good restaurant not far by car like Farra pizzeria which sits on a beautiful landscaped ground between surrounding hills. The little local shack and minimarket can actually cook delicious food: we used for lunch or to order take away for dinner. Beach is beautiful and there's umbrellas/chairs rental and snack bar. It's 15 min walk but house is on a very steep hill plus there's lots of stairs so we still took the car all the time. Lastly learn your garbage disposal rules upon arrival as each day they will pick up only one kind of garbage bin (glass, plastic, compost) to be left top of the stairs by street 😉

Great place for a family of kitters with kids. The large garden, pool and trampoline delighted our children.

Very beautiful house, quiet. The location is conveniently located for exploring the region. The host and the person who takes care of the house are very responsive: we had a problem and it was resolved within 30 minutes. Excellent!

Max and Lory are incredibly nice and helpful. The garden and the pool were super nice. We can definitely agree with the good reviews of our predecessors. The refrigerator was actually filled to the brim. 1000 thanks for that!

We had a lovely stay with my husband and mom as well as our 5 dogs. The accommodation is very well made. The pool is a real plus. And the automatic gate that opens into the enclosed garden was the best! We recommend it!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Michele's apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy and it had everything you needed. You could park your car very well in front of it. Michele is very friendly and helpful. I found it incredibly nice to sit on the large balcony in the evening and watch the sun sink into the sea. There is even a sofa on the balcony where you can relax superbly. The surroundings offer very good hiking opportunities and beautiful beaches are also quickly accessible by car. I would love to come back.

The accommodation is perfect, tastefully made, the sheets and towels smell good, the accommodation is very clean, the shower has a good flow. Housing is to be recommended. The south of Sardinia is very beautiful. Thank you for these 4 great days!

we took Ivan's accommodation to go to a concert in the Serbariu mine and it was really close, with a bike path lit at night. Ivan was immediately available and kind to give us all the necessary information, the house is very nice, very clean and tidy.

My partner and I stayed in this apartment for two weeks and the experience was really great. The apartment is beautiful, cosy and perfectly clean, much more than the photos on the site suggested (we particularly enjoyed the terrace and the barbecue, perfect for relaxing in the evening). The house is in an ideal location for those seeking tranquility, but at the same time very close to the most beautiful beaches in the area, The owner was always available and kind, ready to respond to any need. I absolutely recommend this apartment to those looking for comfort, relaxation and beauty in one of the most fascinating areas of Sardinia!

Great place for a long weekend or week. Close to beach. Dramatic hiking. Both walkable. Good restaurants but need a car for that. Comfortable beds. Everything worked. I e were there off season. It may be busier in summer.

Very spacious, extremely comfortable spaces. Easy living in penthouse with wrap around verandah, all sides. Great location, close to old town, Belvedere lookout, marina, etc… nice and easy. Fantastic hosts 🙏, kitchen with everything you need; I highly recommend! Cheers

Modern, bright and well appointed apartment. Location is perfect, bang opposite the Palazzo Regio and right next to the Cattedrale Di Santa Maria Assunta e Santa Cecelia. Lucrezia very thoughtfully provided many local tips. Would thoroughly recommend.

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.
