A great apartment that’s close to most of the things you want to see in Palermo. Unfortunately, I wasn’t there long enough to see them all this time, but we hope to return. My family of four really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the elevator after all the walking!

We had a wonderful time at Bianca's apartment. Bianca was very welcoming and even sent us recommendations. Her apartment is clean, functional and the rooftop terrace is great for breakfast😍.

It's central, in a historic building. Despite being on a very central street with lots of commercial activities open until late, perfect soundproofing. Clean house, equipped with all comforts. Giuseppe was very kind, he accompanied us to check in at home, but it was very late. She allowed a late check-out that gave us the opportunity to make the most of our last day there. Highly recommended.

Ivana is an on outstanding host. She is very responsive and gave us a list of places to see, things to do, restaurants, etc. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, spacious, and in a great location in the heart of Palermo. Highly recommended!

Martino's apartment is very beautiful. We loved the refreshing pool after a warm October day visiting The Valley of the Temples in nearby Agrigento. Everything is very clean and luxurious. Martino made checking in very smooth, and the signage to find the apartment is so helpful. The kitchen is small but works for easy meals. The apartment is equipped with a Murphy bed if you are traveling with children so does not have a sofa in the living room. The view from the apartment is spectacular. Martino is a great host.

We stayed here for two weeks and loved it! The apartment is very spacious and elegant. The location is excellent—within walking distance to everything the old city has to offer, including many historical tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, etc. The owner and hosts are responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

The stay at Maria's apartment was very pleasant. Everything in the apartment was very clean. Maria has lovingly furnished the apartment. Beautiful, large and practical kitchen, everything available, makes it fun to cook there. Great view from the terrace. The terrace is also very nicely designed. Just for those who want peace and quiet and want to relax. Maria is very personable and a warm-hearted person. She was very discreet, always available for questions and gave us good tips. Staying on Erice (already inhabited 6th century BC) is a special experience. In the low season, it is partly a ghost town, especially at night, but there is plenty of infrastructure, cafes, bars, restaurants. During the day it is besieged by tourists, who often do not have enough time to explore it completely and stay on certain paths. I have not only explored Erice, but the mountain from all sides, there are beautiful nature all around in spring and well-maintained hiking trails. The apartment may look a little old-fashioned and the stone house is a little fresh, but everything is there, pleasant and the large roof terrace a bonus. The host is reliable, responsive, helpful, and a Superhost. She gave everything so I didn't miss anything and picked me up whenever necessary.

The apartment is well located, parking at the door, many shops. Margherita is a warm, smiling, friendly person, she brought us a sweet little gift that was very nice 🧡 Comfortable beds, lots of space, clean bathroom, very good quality washer and dryer, and plus laundry supplies! We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We had a lovely time. Thank you and we will recommend :)

We stayed in this apartment for 13 days and had a very good time. Mrs. Fiorenza was very helpful and friendly, even in intervening following the loss of the keys for our distraction (at no additional cost). The apartment is very clean and the spaces are comfortable for 2 people. The location is great, less than a 5-minute walk from downtown. Recommended!

The house was excellent. Attilio was a great host and always answered our inquiries in a timely manner. He was very professional took care of issues immediately. We would definitely return here.

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

Very modern and spacious apartment. Bathrooms were fresh, bedrooms hade tons of space, comfortable beds and nice living room with a large TV. Lots of local restaurants nearby, very close to Lumsa University where we had our course, and only 10 minute walk from the Massimo Theater and the sightseeing and tourist streets. The host was extremely kind, quick to respond and even let us check out late on our departure date. Can wholeheartedly recommend!

Massimo is a fantastic host, very friendly, very responsive, very considerate. He offered great advice as well as background information around Palermo and Sicily, and even offered pickup and drop-off at the airport. I stayed for four weeks and wasn't homesick for even a second. The flat is very well located with a local supermarket almost next door, several good bakeries, cafés and restaurants in short walking distance, and a 20 minute walk to the old city centre. I hope to be back soon.

Maria is a wonderful host, and she made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived at her place. Her local recommendation is fun and interesting. Her place is very clean, new and centrally located. You can walk anywhere in the city. I would love to stay at her place again and I highly recommend anyone to stay at her place!

A beautiful apartment in a fabulous city! The location is excellent, with many restaurants and interesting sites easily walkable. The apartment combines historical charm and modern amenities. Communication with host was friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

We have been four friends for a week in Sicily. Our first stop was at Roberto's apartment since it is close to the airport, he told us if we needed a Transfer that we used and very well the service and regarding the apartment everything as the listing showed: clean, central, no noise. I recommend it to visit the city of Palermo, a pleasure. Thank you Roberto

beautiful house, wonderful space, Close to the beach and wonderful view. it was early. spring and the weather was cold-ish and the house has a very good heater. also AC in all rooms. lots of beautiful books and magazines about art, Sciacca town, sicily in the living room. also great recommendations where to eat. kitchen is super well equipped and we felt really at home cooking for the family. the only thing that hat it is not mentioned in the description of the apartment is that the place is a house divided in 4 apartments. one of the rooms has an exit door and windows directly to the entrance and patio of one of the apartments. so when people are there and talking normal, there is no isolation to the sounds coming from outside. same to the apartment above, someone was cleaning up there in the evening and it was very hearable. there is no ceiling lamp in most of the rooms and at night the light is low. all for all we had a lovely time and loved our stay.

The apartment is very well located, in the very center of the old town. The apartment is perfect for two or more people, with two independent bedrooms and bathrooms. The big advantage is the spacious terrace. Despite the visit in February, the rooms were very warm. Lucia is a very warm and friendly person. She was great to communicate with. She recommended the city's biggest attractions, or where is the best place to leave the car. She was very helpful and I would love to come back for another visit to Trapani.

Luis place was amazing and very elegantly decorated. The furnishings and decors made the place feel quite spacious. It is walking distance from a number of attractions and a good stroll from city center. Luis was very proactive at communications and quite responsive. He shared a good list of local recommendations which were very welcome. I highly recommend this place.
