The apartment is accessed from the courtyard which is the only thing in common with the floor below, where there is another inhabited apartment. The house is 150 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the center where there are bars, restaurants and shops.

This lovely dome shaped bungalow is in the heart of Maragani, one of the most breathtaking beaches in Sciacca. The bungalow itself is located in the gated community of Residence Oasi. It is set back off the main road that leads to the beach of which is only about 200 meters away. There are about 40 bungalows in total, each having its own private property and gated entrance making it very private and secluded. Although we are in a rural area wi-fi and cell phone reception is available.

Guests will always be welcomed with courtesy in a simple, but lovingly cared for environment. They will find the house equipped with everything they need.

You won't have to envy Inspector Montalbano anymore: thirty steps south and you can start swimming. The house is equipped with everything: washing machine, dishwasher, electric and microwave oven, coffee maker and a small barbecue.
