Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Porto Ottiolu

We stayed at Maria's house for a week. The location is great. You can get to a supermarket quickly - just a 3-minute drive. The center of Olbia is a few minutes drive away and offers restaurants for every taste. It only takes 30 minutes to get to the beaches of Costa Smeralda. The communication with Maria was impeccable. She is a lovely and friendly host. We also got great tips from her about eating out in an agritourism. The house is well equipped, even if you are traveling with a young child. The cot was great - our little one was able to sleep great there. The terrace is great - part is covered in part like a pergola. The connection is great - the airport is 15 minutes away - you can't hear it. The highway is 1 minute away - you can't hear it. There is also a great gas grill (incl. Gas) available - we were also able to use this well. The lawn invites you to relax or play.

Sole's house is even more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It was spotless when we got there and it was nice to find water and some sweet things that got us after the long trip, The location is perfect for touring emerald coast by car and beautiful and easily accessible beaches are very close, Shops of all kinds are 3 min drive Everything was spotless! Thanks for having us!

This is an incredible home. The house is uniquely designed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are very private from one another. But what makes this home so remarkable is the location. The view is expansive and breathtaking. There are so many gorgeous places to swim all around, either from the giant (and beautiful) rocks and from the nearby beaches. The beach that is about an 8 minute walk through a wooded trail is a truly magical beach, wonderful "big" sand and shells. There are good places to eat and markets a short (3-6 minutes) drive away in the hotel complexes nearby, or go into Palau, which is about a 15 minute drive and has lots to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping.

This little bungalow was perfectly located by the beach where we spent the majority of our time. Cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

friendly, warmhearted people, and so are the dogs. great hospitality. down to earth. we just felt home and welcome. we loved the setup of our stazzu and the whole place. a hideaway in the maccia, no noise, no lights but starlight. we´ll try to come back. all the best, jo&afra

Beautiful spacious apartment with an incredible veranda overlooking Orosei. Just about a 5 minute walk to the town center.

The accomodation was very well stocked, Sam was a considerate and responsive host.

Me and my partner had an amazing stay in Olbia and at Sam’s place, it’s close enough to walk to some good bars and restaurants but would recommend a car to visit the amazing beaches, would definitely look at staying at Sam’s place again host was alway very helpful with local suggestions and some little treats 😊 Sam the dog is super cute 🐶

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Elisabetta hosted us very warmly. The accommodation is conveniently located in the center. It is spacious and impeccable. The old look of the furniture gives it its charm. We had very helpful recommendations and Elisabetta was very flexible on schedules. The only small downside is the sound insulation between the apartments which is not ideal. That said, I highly recommend the accommodation.

We spent two nights at this property. We especially liked that many things are within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we were never in the lounge or garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen, we found almost everything. Nicola helped us with the olive oil😊. The place was in perfect condition, everything was very clean and tidy. It is also worth noting the comfort of the beds, in which you can rest perfectly. The host was always available for anything we needed. I rate the stay 10/10

We had a lovely stay at Mattia’s house. The house is as described, it was clean and has a great view. You need a car.

Beautiful view with private beach access to a small bay. Very spacious apartment and very well maintained garden. We also greatly appreciated the dishwasher. Sandra and Antonello were very friendly and helpful and easily accessible for questions.

What an awesome house! We loved our stay there.

We had a pleasant stay with the family at Laura's house. The house is ideally located in relation to Olbia while being in a quiet area. A magnificent view between the sea and the mountain. Laura is also very responsive, it's super appreciated! Small downside for the dogs in the neighborhood who bark very regularly at night. But I highly recommend this listing without hesitation.

Beautiful place, magical garden, great balconies and terraces, so that every moment of the day you can find a comfortable spot to hang. Really helpful and kind hosts. Just a short drive to a handful of amazing beaches, and a big grocery store relatively close. Definitely recommend!

Marco and family were wonderful hosts with great tips and a beautiful home. We lacked nothing.

We had a wonderful time in Capo Comino in Nic&Giovis house. Everything was perfect. Check-in was totally straightforward, the house was very clean, it had everything you need. If you want to enjoy the peace and quiet, this is the place to be. The immediate surroundings are very beautiful, you can hear the sheep and birds, otherwise nothing. Nic&Giovi were always friendly, helpful and available at any time. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you so much for everything!

If I could give 6 stars I would. Sara could not do enough to make our stay comfortable - from buying pool toys especially for our kids, to leaving absolutely everything you could need for a week away! Including even a whole kit to make a pasta dinner for us , a yoga mat, Pilates equipment, bbq utensils… I could go on. It was like being in a five star boutique hotel! Also Sara’s place was so clean! And everything inside was so charming and cool! I texted her a few times to ask where she bought things from as I wanted to replicate in my own home! I didn’t want to give away this secret gem as we will want to go back often and I don’t want it to be booked up but Sara deserves all the success with it so I will have to put my selfish desires second and say- do not hesitate to book this place. You will love it!
