Our second stay at this place! Really enjoy the beauty of the location and the villa. Convenient to all the area offers.

Everything’s fine. Only problem was the mosquito, I think is normal in this time of year.

This accommodation is a real little corner of paradise in the middle of the fields. We were seduced from the driveway leading to the property. And even more by discovering it. The garden is sublime. The dependency in which we stayed is very nice, the photos don't do it justice. For the rest: the kitchen is great for cooking and eating on site, the bathroom is just right with the essentials (hair dryer), the bedding is comfortable! There was enough for breakfast, great! The pool was still a little cool at this time, but it's big, it's great for swimming a little or just having fun 😊 We didn't visit the surroundings, but there are a few restaurants and a local shop to do some shopping. Finally, a few words for our hosts: welcoming, warm, charming, attentive and available if needed. Great! If you want a quiet holiday in a beautiful setting, go there without hesitation!

We were guests of Tiziana for a week, the accommodation is perfect with a dog, the sea is only a few minutes' walk away, the area is very nice and there are many great restaurants nearby. Tiziana is a great hostess, was always immediately available and always helpful. I can only recommend everyone to take a break with her and enjoy the area and the accommodation!

Christina and her husband warmly welcomed us. Really very likeable people. The apartment is very well equipped and very cozy. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. We had a great stay.

We stayed at this villa in Conventello for a few days and had a great time. The house is modern and complete with everything, but what we appreciated the most was the large manicured garden and outdoor space, perfect for relaxing in peace. The area is very quiet but still convenient to the sea and nearby cities. Ideal for getting away and enjoying nature.

The house is very beautiful, well located, well equipped, tastefully decorated, very pleasant to live in. Location advised friends to have a pleasant stay. No unpleasant comments to make.

This is a very clean and comfortable flat in the centre of Forli, just steps away from Corso della Repubblica. It's a 25 minutes' walk or a very short taxi ride from the train station. The communication with Gian Luca was smooth quick, I felt well looked after. The flat is very well kept, there are amenities as well as special details on the part of the hosts that made my stay pleasant and comfortable. The area in front of the flat is well lit at night, which made me feel safe, as well as there being cameras on the outside and the owner living nearby. The bed was comfortable. There was hardly any traffic in the street, however there were occasionally loud passers-by at night who disturbed me as I'm a light sleeper, but no major noises.

We spent 7 days in May in this very clean and well-kept apartment, with terrace and small garden and very nice details. In a quiet location. Elena and Alessandro were very friendly and accommodating hosts who responded immediately to inquiries and concerns. We were able to store our e-bikes safely and without any problems. The accommodation is also very conveniently located as a starting point for bike tours. Would love to come back.

We had a great time in the centre of a nice and quiet town with everything you need and where we ate a great pizza and excellent ice cream. If I pass through here again, I'll definitely stop. I thank Diana for her hospitality

From the already excellent reviews we arrived with many expectations: all fully met kind host, always available, responsive, very competent. Quiet place, matching the description, description also has a large fenced garden with a children's space/hammocks and deckchairs. Excellent and sufficient utensils in the apartment (washing machine, drying rack, pots, dishes, etc.) Perfect room, clean, attention to detail, very clean sheets, climate. First beach 15 minutes away, nearby landmarks, great for cycling. Much better than I could have imagined for the price we paid. We'll definitely be back

We had a wonderful stay in this B&B surrounded by greenery and absolute tranquility. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great warmth and helpfulness: the hospitality was truly impeccable. The property is well cared for, clean and perfectly integrated into the surrounding nature, ideal for those seeking relaxation away from the chaos. The silence that surrounds the place makes the rest even more pleasant. Excellent cleanliness! Highly recommended for those who want to unwind and enjoy a corner of authentic peace!

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

A very warm and personal welcome from Eva who met us at the charming rustic house and showed us round. The house is well located for the beaches and historic towns and cities of the Po Delta. It is situated on a busy road but has off road parking. Its in the Po Delta so beware of mosquitos and take insect repellent.

Manu and Manu’s house is fantastic and they are the perfect hosts. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it. If anything the photos and description don’t do justice to the quality of the apartment which is totally private and self-contained with the added bonus of Manu and Manu being downstairs for friendly conversation and advice, Manuela’s delicious cake and breakfast supplies each day, and Emanuele’s expertise in the local environment. A great place and lovely people.

Lovely house with two large decks, a grill and a large outdoor table. House has everything you need for comfort of stay. In hot weather, the air conditioner helps a lot, it is in the kitchen, but cools the whole house. The apartment is next to the sea and close to nice restaurants. Thank you very much for your hospitality!)

If you truly want to feel as if you're a local, stay at this beautiful home! You're right in the middle of everything, yet you feel as though you're in your own private oasis. The courtyard, the rooms, the views-it was all amazing. What a gem! I will stay here again.

perfect in every point of view

A beautiful home in Cesenatico. Myself and 5 friends stayed there very comfortably for 2 nights. The espresso machine was stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Less than 10 minutes walk to the train station or city center. Lovely all around!
