The house is located in the immediate vicinity to all the necessary amenities for a vacation without a car, and allows you to reach in a very short distance, the Railway Station, the main bus stops and the "Madonna del Soccorso" Hospital.

The penthouse with its large terrace is in the vital center and full of shops of San Benedetto del Tronto and a 10-minute walk from the beaches. It is a bright and sunny apartment with a large terrace full of flowering plants and a shady pergola, on the top floor of a quiet street. Linen is not included in the price. It costs €15 per person per stay. Alternatively, guests can provide their own linens in person.
