Nuovo appartamento con ampie vetrate sul giardino privato con vista sulle colline in direzione di Capo Caccia. Zona living con angolo cottura e vetrate scorrevoli sul giardino, area esterna con pergola. Camera matrimoniale con bagno, arredi di design con qualche tocco di mobilio ed artigianato sardo. Doccia esterna incastonata nella pietra. La residenza è immersa nel verde a soli 4 chilometri dal centro cittadino, vicino ai principali servizi e alle spiagge, lontano dal traffico e dai rumori.

Fantastic large house with beautiful roof terraces

The house has all comforts and is located in Cuglieri, an ancient mountain town just 15 minutes from the sea on the West coast of the island. The geographical position is favorable to many trips to the island. The landscapes are uncontaminated. At a short distance, there are rocky beaches and kilometers of white sandy beaches (Sinis area). The house has two roof terraces with breathtaking views. Care and cleanliness in the house! Wifi. A garage is available for motorbikes only (maximum 3).

Sa Rocca

Sa Rocca is a structure with a peculiar rock masonry structure. Divided on two floors has a living area with sofa bed and kitchenette, bedroom, walk-in closet, walk-in closet and full bathroom. The house is equipped with everything you need, including numerous kitchen appliances, air conditioning, washing machine and TV. From it you can walk through the streets of the historic center and easily reach shops, bars, restaurants and all the useful amenities. There is parking just minutes away.

The property is a villa placed in a little valley on a plot of about one hectar. The accommodation is superbly located on a panoramic valley floor overlooking the gentle hills all around. The house is an old stone mansion leaned against a big wall of rock. It is made up of three different stone buildings connected by a little courtyard and dating back to the 18th century. We are in the countryside but close to the city, to the public services and the beaches, far from the summer hustle and traffic.
