Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Love Nest in the Heart of Sardinia

The little house on Via Pia is a small historic house from 1880, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. "Casetta", because everything seems in small format... the small windows, the bread oven, the courtyard. A comfortable and cozy love nest, suitable for those who want to live sensory experiences (especially gastronomic!) in this lesser-known part of Sardinia, which alternates sea, plain, hill and mountain and a living, authentic tradition

Two-room apartment comprising: an entrance hall/living room with a double sofa bed and a comfortable table with 4 chairs; a modern kitchen with an induction hob, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and freezer. Bedroom with a French double bed and a wardrobe with sliding doors. In the bathroom there is a shower , suspended sanitary ware, a hairdryer and a washer. A patio with a garden where you can eat. There are mosquito nets throughout the house

House near the old bridge

In the historic center of Bosa, 5 minutes by car, in front of the sea at the Temo river. The house is sheltered from the sun and remains quite cool even in summer, also thanks to the stone walls, typical of historic Bosa. The view of the river is covered by the building in front but you just need to leave the house to be right in front of the river. It is located a few meters from the ancient bridge and the ancient cathedral, surrounded by many characteristic places.

It is ideal for couples, small families, and for all those seeking true relaxation in great harmony with the sea and nature.

We are in the countryside but close to the city, to the public services and the beaches, far from the summer hustle and traffic.

The holiday home Casa Simo directly overlooks the square and it is located in Porto Alabe (Tresnuraghes), just a short walk from the beach. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
