Holiday rentals with beach access in Portisco

Nette kleine Wohnung und für den Preis von 75€ die Nacht absolut fair. Lage ist klasse. Der Strand ist sehr schön, allerdings nicht so groß für die vielen Hotels. Das Babybett hat wunderbar ins Schlafzimmer gepasst. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist klasse.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Dora war wunderschön. Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen mit einem sehr schönen Strand unmittelbar vor der Haustür. Der Blick vom Balkon war traumhaft und die Wohnung sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Dora war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns flexibel hat einchecken lassen, stets freundlich war und uns mit guten Empfehlungen ausgeholfen hat. Jederzeit wieder.

L’apprtamento è a cinque minuti dalla spiaggia di S.Giovanni, paesino piccolo e tranquillo, ideale come base per esplorare le spiagge da S.Teodoro al golfo di Orosei. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l’appartamento è semplice, pulito, funzionale e con tutti i comfort per una bella settimana di mare. Posto auto nel cortile (ma anche tanto spazio sulla strada). Massimo è stato molto disponibile per check in e consigli sulla zona.

The location was perfect, quiet, in a residential area but an easy walk to the beach, marina and restaurants. The apartment was as per the photos and super clean. Carmen was very responsive and provided some suggestions for the area. We were only there 2 nights but I wish we had stayed longer.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Francesca's beautiful apartment. The location is absolutely stunning - right on the beach front in a beautiful area of Sardinia, close to a lighthouse and fabulous swimming areas. The size of the apartment suited us perfectly - we are a family of 5 (with 3 teenagers) - and the overall apartment set-up (comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area), suited us great. We had some wonderful evenings playing cards, listening to music, while the sound of the sea was literally outside of our windows. Francesca is an excellent host - very communicative, proactive and helpful throughout - with some great local recommendations. We couldn't recommend it more highly! My wife and I also feel that it would be a fantastic destination for a couple...so next time we will travel without the kids ;-). Thank you again Francesca for a wonderful stay!

Wie hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der sehr netten Wohnung von Valentina. Der Blick vom Balkon ist super und innerhalb weniger Gwhminuten ist man am Strand. Aktuell ist der Strand in der Besucheranzahl limitiert - man sollte versuchen vorher Tickets (3,50€/Person&Tag) zu buchen. Das Zentrum von Santa Teresa ist ebenso schnell und gut zu erreichen. Besonders hat uns auch die Gastfreundschaft von Valentina gefallen. Super freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Wohnung war mit allem Erdenklichen ausgestattet um den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt - danke nochmal dafür!

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

Wir waren zu sechst und hatten einen super Aufenthalt im Haus von Davide. Die Lage war einfach Top und der Blick von der Terasse wunderschön. Der Ort und alles was man brauchte war in nur wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Wenn wir Fragen hatten oder noch etwas benötigten, war Davide direkt zur Stelle. Wie gesagt hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub.

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Atemberaubend! Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Ferienhausanlage. Es ist ein italienisch traditionell rustikales Ferienhaus. Wenn man es betritt, fühlt man sich wie bei einer italienischen Großfamilie, obwohl natürlich keine dort ist. Es ist gemütlich und einladend. Wenn sich die Eingangstür öffnet, hast du sofort einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf eine türkisfarbene Bucht. Wir wurden freundlich von einer Verwalterin begrüßt und eingewiesen. Die Kommunikation mit Valeria selbst war überaus freundlich und engagiert. Man hat deutlich gespürt, dass sie sich sehr für das Wohl ihrer Gäste interessiert. Die Umgebung mit ihren vielen Buchten und der Insel La Maddalena war wunderschön und auch das Gebirge war nicht weit, so dass wir nicht nur baden konnten, sondern auch wandern waren. Wir bekamen von Valeria viele Tipps für gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Was soll ich viel schreiben - es war toll und wir kommen wieder!

El alojamiento de Nicolo es tal cual lo describe. Tuvimos una estancia muy buena. La zona es ideal por la cercanía a los principales puntos de interés de la zona (playas, restaurantes, bares, etc.) Sin dudas, repetiremos.

This is an incredible home. The house is uniquely designed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are very private from one another. But what makes this home so remarkable is the location. The view is expansive and breathtaking. There are so many gorgeous places to swim all around, either from the giant (and beautiful) rocks and from the nearby beaches. The beach that is about an 8 minute walk through a wooded trail is a truly magical beach, wonderful "big" sand and shells. There are good places to eat and markets a short (3-6 minutes) drive away in the hotel complexes nearby, or go into Palau, which is about a 15 minute drive and has lots to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful stay in a multi unit complex in Port Cervo - the plaza of Porto Cervo itself ( shops restaurants) is about 15 min walk.. you really can’t park any closer than this complex. We went mid-Sept and it was very quiet, hardly saw any cars or people and the grounds of the unit ( pool and beach ) had pretty much closed up - no lounge chairs etc… also , the community trash pick up must have taken a vacation making it difficult to comply with check out request… All in all - you will love this place and highly - recommend. We would return.

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Un alojamiento típico de veraneo. Parte de una urbanización con más apartamentos de este mismo estilo. Genial el acceso a la playa privada de la urbanización. Cerca de Santa Teresa de Gallura. No tiene aire acondicionado, pero si ventilador y corriente de aire. Un sitio tranquilo muy recomendable para unas vacaciones familiares.

Federica is wonderful and so helpful. It is my third time staying in this complex and I have loved it every time.

Das Apartment liegt in einer weitläufigen und sehr gepflegten Eigentumgsferienanlage. Unweit befinden sich einige der schönsten Strände Sardiniens. Am besten haben uns Cala Brandinchi und Lu Impostu gefallen. Aber auch Cala Suaraccia mit Blick auf Tavolara ist sehr schön. Alle waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die ganze Gegend ist umwerfend und da waren wir froh einen festen Ausgangspunkt zu haben. Anfang Oktober ist es hier sehr ruhig, es war kaum jemand da. Schön für uns, das war sehr erholsam. Auf der anderen Seite schließen jedoch die Minimärkte und nur einige wenige Restaurants hatten offen. Der nächste Supermarkt war mit dem Auto 15 min entfernt, da haben wir für den ganzen Aufenthalt eingekauft. Die Wohnung selbst besticht durch den großen Balkon und gibt einer kleinen Familie ausreichend Platz. Internet war sehr gut und wir konnten über den mitgebrachten Firestick Filme problemlos sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela war während der ganzen Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Il soggiorno è stato davvero molto piacevole, avevamo pensato di stare tre giorni poi siamo rimasti oltre tre giorni. L’appartamento è in una posizione strategica vicino a tutte le spiagge più belle. Un gran bel soggiorno, torneremo di sicuro

Siamo stati benissimo!!! Tutto è andato oltre alle nostre aspettative che erano cmq molto alte. L'Appartamento è comodissimo e molto bello (tengo a sottolineare che dal vivo è molto piu bello di quello che si vede nelle foto..) super pulito in un residence davvero fantastico con una piscina con acqua salata, una vera chicca. Vorrei inoltre complimentarmi con la persona che è stata, sin dal primo giorno, il nostro referente, il sig. Marco Gallo. Una persona squisitissima, di una gentilezza rara e professionalmente impeccabile. Sempre disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta e a dare preziosissimi consigli ed indicazioni di qualsiasi genere. La mia valutazione generale quindi è eccellente!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Momemt an sehr wohl gfühlt. Anita war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man für einen entspannnten Urlaub benötigt und noch mehr. Anita hat uns sogar für die Ankunft das erste Getränk kalt gestellt :-) Es war auch mega toll das wir gleich nach der Ankunft ( Vormittags gegen 12.30) schon einchecken durften. Somit konnten wir den eraten Tag ohne Verzögerungen starten. Vielen lieben Dank Anita für Deine Gastfreundlichkeit, dein ansteckendes Lächeln und deine superschnelle Unterstützung wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-) Volle 5 Sterne!!

Tomasina hat und sehr herzlich willkommen geheissen. Der Check-in durften wir etwas früher antreten. Sie antwortete immer schnell auf meine Nachrichten und gab uns wertvolle Tipps. Rundum super versorgt. Das Appartement ist wirklich sehr schön und gut gelegen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Wir können das Appartement von Tomasina und Franco wärmstens empfehlen. We stayed 10 days at Rosi’s place with our 15 month kid and we had a great time there. It is close to the center so easy for shopping and go for coffee or drinks. There’s a small beach 2min walking, not the greatest of sardinia, but it was perfect to go with the kid. From Palau, you can very easily take a boat to visit the near islands or take the car to visit the north of Sardinia. Rosi’s place was clean, comfortable, well equiped and well located. She even provided us a bed and chair for the baby 👌 It was quite easy to park our car around (end of august). There are some free spots around (available early in the morning or in the evening) or a paying parking that we used a couple of time.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alessandro qui est très accueillant, sympathique.. Le logement très propre,moderne bien équipé avec terrasse vue mer. Alessandro sa femme et sa fille Irène sont très réactifs, ils nous ont bien conseillé pour les restaurants, visites à faire à proximité Je recommande vraiment se logement. À bientôt
