Lynn was a most responsive host and did everything possible to make our stay work for us. The apartment is beautiful with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and a delightful balcony with ever changing gorgeous views across the estuary. All the amenities of Porthmadog town are walkable and you can watch and listen to the historic trains from the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay - only wishing it could have been longer.

Absolutely wonderful apartment. It was so clean and tidy - pristine condition. Very comfortable furnishings and everything you could possibly need to self cater. Such a peaceful spot on the harbour. We couldn't believe how quiet it was but still close to lots of amenities such as shops, restaurants and pubs. Lesley was great to communicate with and was so prompt with any emails. Definitely worth the money and we will certainly return.

A lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood , only a few minutes walk to the beach with a beach bar en route. incredible scenery and walks all around you with great access to Snowdonia , and the beautiful towns and beaches in this beautiful part of Wales

The property really is absolutely wonderful and comfortably provides space enough for two. It's an old outbuilding that has been lovingly and very impressively renovated to provide extremely comfortable and well equipped accomodation in a lovely location. Everything was immaculately clean and the cottage is very well equipped. The soft furnishings are stylish and functional and the fairy lights around the inglenook are a lovely touch. On a windowsill there are books and maps covering the area and a photo book of the before, during and after renovation. The cottage is just outside Porthmadog; a nice town with good shops, bars and restaurants. There's also a heritage railway offering a selection of journeys. The whole area is beautiful. If you're planning to visit this part of Wales, and you should, this cottage is a wonderful base. Thoroughly recommended.
