The "Esprit des Lois" House

Welcome to our fully renovated house in the very center of the village of La Brède, famous for Montesquieu. We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play !

Open the shutters and discover one of the best views of Saint-Émilion. Enjoy guaranteed relaxation in the Maison Carré - a unique and tranquil getaway. Located on the hillsides in the heart of the classified grand crus and less than a 25-minute walk from Saint-Émilion. Accommodation is nice in all seasons thanks to its view - an expanse of vines where the leaves change colors. Starting October 4, 2024, the common garden will be lawn-free for garden renewal. Cottage in the heart of the vineyards, private sauna and jacuzzi

Our new cottage in the middle of the vineyards with sauna and private jacuzzi consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (Nescafe coffee maker and pods provided), a sofa bed, a bathroom as well as a large bedroom with a 160×200 bed. A large terrace overlooking the vineyard is also accessible to guests. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to relax in the hot tub all year round. A barrel sauna is also available on the terrace.

Located at the end of a typical stone farmhouse of the Entre-Deux-Mers, not overlooked, this country house offers a panorama of the meadows surrounding the small hamlet of three houses.
