Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Porte-de-Savoie

A real moment suspended, a parenthesis of happiness for all of us. It is with reluctance that we have handed over the keys 😉 I would recommend this place to stay without a second thought!

No complaints! Everything was perfect! Loic is very responsive and gives good advice! The accommodation is clean! Good location! With a lot of equipment! The only problem is that Loic can't do anything about it! Lots of grasses and women and children with their allergies 🤧

We came in and felt right at home! The nice decor, the beautiful courtyard and the great pool enchanted us. The equipment is absolutely sufficient and all important devices are available. The barbecue is particularly cool, and you can even use it on rainy days under the covered area of the yard. You can feel completely comfortable and relax in the beautiful accommodation. In the area, you can pursue many different activities and enjoy the great nature. Evening walks can also be started directly from the house. An absolutely successful holiday! We had a wonderful stay at this central located apartment in Annecy. You get everything you want if you just step out of the door. It is spotless clean, very well equipped and cozy. Estelle is a very attentive host reacting quickly. Highest recommendation !

Catherine’s hospitality and level of care in organising the apartment was second to none and truly one of my favourite stays in Annecy, this being the third time I have stayed. Easily accessible and close to all amenities and the lake, its truly one of my favourite places. Catherine as always is communicative and helpful. Any questions I have had she has answered thoroughly and promptly. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the apartment offered on the first floor of the cottage, perfectly renovated with quality materials and very neat decoration. The accommodation is very clean, very comfortable and offers absolute peace and a magnificent view of the mountains. The hosts are very attentive, giving valuable instructions and pleasant recommendations to enjoy the good places nearby. We will be happy to stay in Lathuile again.

We have stayed in many Airbnbs before, but our experience with Annie was truly unbeatable! She is an amazing host, kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel right at home, even going out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

We spent one night there. The accommodation is easy to access and matches the description; There is a piece of garden for tenants with a small terrace for eating outside; Easy parking in front of the house. Sophie not present when we arrived but the self check-in procedure was very easy. Pleasant stage, we recommend. Christian and Alice.

Three wonderful days in the very pretty house of Aude, impeccable house, very well equipped in everything, perfect bathroom, nice and practical kitchen, the bedding is super comfortable, the rooms are lovely, dream location with views of the lake and the Alps, very nice garden, we don't know what to add as everything was positive, we had a hard time leaving! Aude was more than charming and attentive, flexible, quick to respond, we absolutely recommend! And we hope to come back!

The stay was very pleasant, Marie is very available, kind and accommodating. We stayed for 2 weeks the accommodation was great, the garden well appointed and very pleasant, the cottage really well equipped nothing missing. We can park inside in the courtyard with a secure gate. The city center of Challes les eaux is only a 10-minute walk with all the shops. We recommend 100% and will undoubtedly be back.

The kitchen setup and dining options both in the room and around the pool were excellent. Also, a big plus for the pool size, which was not too small. I definitely recommend this location!
