Monthly Rentals in Port Saint John

Perfection. Quiet neighbourhood; great hosts; clean and spacious accommodation; enormous comfortable bed; plenty of storage space; we didn't even take advantage of the BBQ, outside seating area but saw a launch from the backyard! Even a night light in the bathroom! Treats awaited our arrival. I could go on and on. Fabulous and highly recommended.

Great communication, simple apartment with everything we needed

This was a last minute booking and Lauren accepted it. Easy to locate, on a quiet side street that doesn't resemble some of the areas to have to go through to get to the location. The surrounding area is a highway, which gives access to gas stations, supermarkets and food places. There is a water area at the end of the street for other houses but if you are a person that wakes up and jogs that is a nice scenery. The home is very spacious With family over it didn't feel stuffed. my son (age 2) loved running around the large backyard And sitting in the front porch Clean! Had washer and dryer in the unit Plenty of towels and wash clothes Smart tv in the master bedroom Cable in the front Plenty of silverware Iron House was exactly what was told in the listing... tbh exceeded my expectations for the price I broke the ceiling fan and though probably annoyed , Lauren was super cool about it . (I fixed it) When we return, If Lauren would have me, this will be my first choice

We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Susan was a fantastic host—communicative, thoughtful, and easy to reach whenever we had a question. The location was perfect for our trip, and we truly appreciated the little touches that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here, and we’d definitely love to come back in the future.
