This peaceful home is ready for you to kick back and relax before an electric fireplace and open living area. Enjoy the local attractions and beyond. Centrally located, you will be only minutes from the highway, super stores, several restaurants, and only a 15 minute drive to both Seattle Ferry terminals taking you Down Town or to West Seattle. There are several golf courses locally, a disc golf and park walking distance, and Bremerton Navy base is a 15 minute drive. Rest up and be our guest =)

Carriage House - Spacious, Charming, and VIEWS!

The Carriage House is attached to the owner-occupied house by a shared wrap-around porch. As you'll see from the pictures, we are up on a hill overlooking Sinclair Inlet and the majestic Olympic Mountains. We are downtown Port Orchard, so restaurants and a myriad of cute shops are just steps away, as is the the lovely waterfront. You'll have the house to yourself to relax in the serenity you deserve. You can get to and from Port Orchard by ferry from Seattle, so a getaway with no car is doable!

Enjoy a beautiful newly renovated house on lowbank waterfront on Rich Passage, with 180 degree views. Watch sea lions, herons, eagles, possibly orcas, and other sea life from the huge picture windows, the patio, the fire pit, or relaxing in the new hot tub. Take in the tranquility of the passage while watching ferries and boat traffic sail by. Ideal for weekend getaways for up to 4 couples or a large family. Enjoy the beautiful views of Puget Sound, Blake Island, Mt. Rainier and downtown Seattle from one of two decks off of the main floor. In cooler weather, the front sun deck is the perfect spot for happy hour or just relaxing. Take a short walk down the hill to visit the hamlet of Manchester. There's a public beach, outdoor pub, and other amenities available. The Southworth ferry will take you to West Seattle. Scheduled for Spring 2021, a "fast foot" ferry with service to downtown Seattle.
