Apartment 🏠 rules We welcome you and ask you to respect the neighbors' peace: avoid loud noises, doors, and parties, especially after 10:00 PM. It is not allowed to host more people than indicated in the reservation; if the rules are violated, you could be evicted without refund. 🔑 Keys and check-out If you leave before, leave the keys on the table and close the door on your way out. Remember to always lock. If you lose the keys, there will be a cost of €500 per lock change and copies of keys. 🚭 No smoking Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment; please go to the street if you need to. 🌍 Saving Energy We ask you to turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving to avoid waste of energy. 🧺 Servicios extra We can offer extra cleaning or bedding if you request it when booking. 💰 Tourist tax The government applies a mandatory fee of €10.45 per person (over 16 years of age) per night, up to 7 nights, to access the apartment. ю Check-in Admission is from 3 pm.
