Holiday rentals with beach access in Port of Alicante

Vi har haft en fantastisk vecka i Xaviers lägenhet! Både lägenheten och läget överträffade våra förväntningar. Vi tyckte mkt om att det var så nära till allt, både strand och restauranger, och att vi samtidigt kunde ha det så lugnt och fridfullt på den stora härliga terassen. Vi tröttnade aldrig på att blicka ut över havet och se stadens pampiga siluett, och njöt över att det var ett sådant levande folkliv runt omkring oss. Perfekt också att vi hade tillgång till ett garage så nära lägenheten. Vi har hittat en drömlägenhet och vill åka tillbaka snart igen!

Onze zoon van 17 verbleef hier met 4 vrienden. Het appartement was netjes en schoon en lag zeer dicht bij het strand. Communicatie van te voren verliep goed, gemakkelijk en snel. Communicatie ter plekke was soms wat lastig door de taal verschillen. Check-in ging met een code en toen ze zich helaas buiten hebben gesloten is er iemand gekomen om hun te helpen. Dit was erg prettig. Het appartement was netjes en schoon en lag zeer dicht bij het strand.

Fantastiskt boende! Magisk utsikt och väldigt lyxigt område med uppvärmd pool, gym, tennisbana med mera. James var en superbra värd som svarade direkt om det var någon fundering. Kan värmt rekommendera.

Meget flott sted. Leiligheten er av nyere dato og meget høy standard. Eneste som kan kunne hvert bedre var at sengene var veldig harde, men vi overlevde. Beliggenheten var fenomenal med 20 meter til stranden og gang avstand til alt du trenger samt gamlebyen. Deilig oppvarmet pool og flott pool område med bar som serverer kvalitets øl og sprit.

Hemos estado muy a gusto en el apartamento de Vincent. Tiene unas vistas fantásticas, casi sobre el mar, y en la terraza se disfrutaba mucho. También está muy bien equipado y es muy cómodo. Tiene de todo. La ubicación genial y el trato estupendo, tanto del propio Vincent que responde enseguida y está muy pendiente como de Annemarie, que es muy amable y también nos ayudó mucho. Repetiré sin duda, si consigo encontrarlo libre.

Todo impecable. El apto hermoso! Solo estuvimos 2 noches pero nos hubiera encantado quedarnos más! Muy cómodo, limpio , hermoso decorado y los muebles, cocina completa con todo! El baño impecable, todo perfecto. Jon un lujo de atento! Pudimos lavar ropa sin problema y tender todo perfecto. Fuimos cuatro , con una nena chica. En semana de turismo , vimos los desfiles de Viernes santo y Domingo de Pascua desde las ventanas del apto. Muy lindo todo! Para repetir!

The view from the balcony is wonderful. Lovely and sunny first thing in the morning. Patricia arranged transfer for us from the airport which was very useful. Any query I had was responded to extremely quickly and was always helpful. Although out of season it was still lovely to walk along the seafront and either way was a lovely walk along the coast. Coming out front and turning right takes you across a beach and in to the town where there is a Lidl and super-mercado as well as various other shops. Along the sea front are lots of bars and restaurants. Just downstairs is a little supermarket too which is useful if you do not wish to carry too much from main supermarket. The tram is not far and everyone we encountered was very friendly. A very peaceful location but easy to walk to places to eat. It did not take us long to get the tram into Alicante if you want more shops and a walk up to the castle. Thankyou Patricia and Roland.

Notre séjour chez Juan s'est très bien passé. Il est très amical et disponible. L'appartement est idéalement situé prés de la plage et avec piscine commune. Très calme et paisible, idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Pour plus de facilité niveau logistique il est conseillé de disposer d'une voiture. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir avec grand plaisir et nous le recommandons les yeux fermés.

It was a great family stay. The house is perfectly located very close to the sea (around a few minutes' walk) and Liddle supermarket (around 1 minute walk), so you don’t need a car at all to enjoy your stay. Roxana and Alex, who guided us during our stay, were excellent and helped us a lot. Roxana also helped us organize a transfer to airport. I am highly recommend this place to stay.

Just returned from a wonderful stay in Asa's beautiful house. It was spotlessly clean and so well equipped in a tranquil setting with fantastic pools. The outside space is absolutely perfect being on both sides of the house so you can enjoy the sun or shade (depending on your preference) all day. Great value restaurants with good food just outside the complex. Easy transport links via bus which were very reliable and it was a real bonus to have a small supermarket and restaurant on site. The only thing to think about is the steep hill from the house to the entrance to the complex gates. This caused problems for one less-active member of our group. But don't let this put you off, it's definitely worth the walk!

Ik moet zeggen lof over Delores en haar man. Het huis ziet er gezellig uit en is schoon! Er is een vaatwasser, wasmachine, flatscreen tv twee heerlijke banken. Lekkere bedden en een schaduwrijk terras. Heerlijk voor warme zomerdagen. Er zijn twee slaapkamers, en een nieuwe gerenoveerde badkamer. Het is een gezellige plek in La Marina Robello. vlak bij Camping La marina. Tijdens ons verblijf hadden we last van een black-out. Delores en haar man namen de moeite om ons op te zoeken en te vragen of zij iets voor ons konden doen, terwijl zij er zelf ook niets aan konden doen. Geweldig. Ik wil hier zeker nog eens komen.

Daniel est une personne très sympa, il a su nous donner des conseils vis à vis des activités à faire en locale Le logement est propre et bien disposé facile d’accès et proche de tout Je recommande ce logement pour des personnes cherchant à visiter Alicante et les alentours tout en restant dans un environnement calme

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en el apartamento de María. La ubicación es inmejorable: en una zona tranquila, perfecta para descansar, y a solo 50 metros de la playa, literalmente a cuatro pasos. Además, el paseo marítimo que la rodea es enorme y precioso, ideal para disfrutar de largos paseos. La zona es muy accesible y cómoda para moverse. El apartamento estaba impecable en cuanto a limpieza y muy bien equipado, con todo tipo de electrodomésticos y comodidades. Los anfitriones fueron encantadores y siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad. Sin duda, si volvemos a la zona, repetiremos. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

En mi opinión la estancia fue genial porque el propietario siempre estaba pendiente y respondía muy rápido. La casa estaba muy limpia, ordenada y ademas es muy muy bonita. Tiene espacio para dejar a los niños jugar y habitaciones suficientes para estar cómodos. Nosotros éramos 4 adultos y 3 niños y la verdad que nos encanto. La ubicación es buena y fácil de encontrar. Pudimos aparcar los dos coches dentro de la casa. No tengo ninguna queja. Roque es un hombre muy amable y muy atento. Lo recomiendo 100%

Angieszka was a fantasic host who responded to emails almost immediately and was VERY helpful by giving clear check-in instructions and recommendations for the area. The house itself couldn't be more perfect, I didn't want to leave at the end of my stay! The house is about a 90 second walk to the beach, two minutes to the main road that takes you to many of the local businesses. The supermarket was walkable (about ten minutes) and the are many stores along the way that you can use to purchase just about anything you'd need for your stay. Upon check-in, the house was in immaculate condition, wifi worked well, LOVED the rooftop area and the smaller balconies as well. The surrounding neighborhood was SO quiet, clean and safe, I LOVED just walking around the streets of the old town, always felt safe, couldn't get enough of the small, winding streets. I would definitely stay here again and can't recommend Angieszka's place, she's a great host, 10/10!!

Un departamento con todo lo qué necesitas. Solo con llevar tu ropa suficiente 👍🏽 Es una ubicación perfecta, el apartamento es tan completo, que no le falta el más mínimo detalle! Repetiremos seguro! Eduardo es muy amable y atento!! Limpieza impecable!

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

We spent a great time at Cristina’s place; the location is perfect: one cannot get a better place: it is quiet, yet so close to the bustle of the beach area. The apartment is spacious and clean, equipped with all necessities. The communication with the host went smoothly. She is a really helpful and caring person. Definitely, recommend this place.

The Apartment was in a beautiful location with outstanding sea views. A peaceful location set in a gated community with a short walk through the immaculate garden to the beach. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. There was a family run restaurant Savini’s across the road which had good food. Villajoysa is a charming, quaint village full of colourful properties and great restaurants We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Thank you Helga!

We had an absolutely fabulous stay here! we had a 3 and 6 year old and there was so much space for them in the apartment. All amenities were available. The location is fantastic, on the beach in less than 30 seconds. It was the cleanest beach we've ever seen with lovely wooden play areas dotted all the way along which our kids loved. Plenty of eating options too, and the place directly opposite, although not 'fancy' was so cheap and easy for breakfast drinks and snacks and was always lively. We got 2 buses from the airport which was so easy even with 2 kids 2 cases and a buggy. we also got the bust to Alicante Town in the evenings which was very easy and cheap. Alicante old town is lovely, so much culture and a lot to see. Highly recommend the castle as well. We had a few issues during our stay (not to do with the apartment) and Hagen was so easy to contact and helped us immediately which we are very greatful for. Would recommend to anyone!

This is our second year staying here. We absolutely love staying here and again made beautiful memories. Can’t wait to return in the future.

The apartment was spacious , clean with lovely bedding and towels and it has the most amazing view. A very nice welcome package of water , teas coffees etc was appreciated as was the provision of cleaning items . Lovely to have shower gel, shampoo and hand wash in the bathroom. Hosts were quick to respond to any queries . A 5 out of 5 experience 👌🏻
