Loved my stay here! The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt really welcoming. The host was very proactive and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. The location was perfect too as its in a lively area with heaps to do and so many options for places to eat. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would 100% stay again!

Excellent accommodation situated in lovely, convenient area very close to local shops and tram to city etc. Also short work to beach. Very comfortable and clean and extremely well fitted out with top class appliances and furniture. Very comfortably heated for cold weather. Great, private location. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Totally recommend. Many thanks for a very enjoyable stay.

10/10 stay! The property itself is breathtaking, not to mention the city views it has to offer, we felt at home as soon as we turned the key and opened the door. The location is right in the heart of prahran, with everything at your doorstep with amazing shops, restaurants, and nightlife just steps away. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to be in the centre of it all!

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! A fantastic apartment in Albert Park! The apartment was great for our time in Melbourne, close everything you need, a great sun trap terrace, and well equipped. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Kate again, fantastic hosts.

We had a quick UBER ride from the airport to HV. Hotel. Since check in is at 3 pm they keep our luggages while we roam South Melbourne Market nearby. Katya messaged us for early check in. The place is very spacious, relaxing and pleasing to the eyes. Water pressure is strong with hot water from all the faucets. The washing machine and the dish washer works quietly ( some are noisy in my previous accomodations). Sound proofing is good. Nearby is a tram going to CBD. A short walk is Woolies then further more is Coles and lots of shops and eateries at Clarendon St. Don’t worry it’s a relaxing walk to and from HV. Hotel. Will come back again. Oh and if you’re awake bet 6-8 am. You’ll have the hot air balloons morning view from your windows and terrace.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and convenient visit. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the nearest tram station, which made getting around super easy. It took only about 20 minutes by tram to reach Melbourne Central, so it was perfect for exploring the city without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Overall, a great value and well worth staying at. We’d definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

I am a frequent traveler to Melbourne and have stayed at Sandra's place several times. Once again I couldn't fault anything. It is a great apartment, in a great location with a great host... would give more than 5 stars if I could ;-)

Had a great stay at Michelle’s place! The location was excellent, and the space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Host communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend! :)

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯

Beautiful , aesthetically pleasing well appointed apartment. Quality linen , utensils in kitchen and other amenities.Close to public transport and short drive to CBD.loved our stay . Would love to stay again . Anna’ s communication was excellent .

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, even though it’s expensive I highly recommend this place at least once you just can’t miss it!!

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Wonderful experience. From first communication to the last, Henfry was friendly, courteous and proactive. Directions for parking and accessing the unit were clear and easy. The unit itself was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Lovely views with good wifi. Good heating for a cold few days! Beds were comfortable and the tram (free tram zone) was just outside the front door making the CBD easily accessible. Great place to stay! Highly recommended

This place is a gem. Beautiful view of sun set and sun rise, with chance of seeing Hotair balloon right in front of you. Lots of things to do at home, cooking, washing and bbq-ing. Will love to stay here again if we visit Melbourne again.

Nothing to complain about—the photos looked exactly like the space. Enjoyed my stay. When it comes down to it, choosing an Airbnb in a city like this is mostly about picking the right neighborhood. So if you're looking in this area, you'll do well to choose Paul's place. No issues at all.

Our family loved Anna’s space. She was so kind and helpful! It was a perfect size for our group of 5. Situated near a tram stop that’s in the free tram zone. We have visited Melbourne many times but this is by far our favourite stay. Super convenient and met our needs of open space for our toddler to expand her energy. Clean apartment and accessible!
