It is in the typical, lively and sought-after neighborhood of Port de Nice, at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, on the ground floor of a small Niçoise building, that you will enjoy this beautiful 2-room 35 m2 apartment, refurbished in 2024. Beautiful and very bright 1 bedroom apartment, fully equipped and air-conditionned; The living room has a superb sea view on the side; You will love having your breakfast on the balcony which is south oriented. It is located at the perfect spot of Nice, in between the wonderful beach "La reserve" and the port of Nice. Perfect for discovering the city of Nice, going for a walk on the Promenade des Anglais or the old Nice, having a brunch Place du Pin or taking a swim at the beach "La reserve".

Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator.
