Beautiful and very bright 1 bedroom apartment, fully equipped and air-conditionned; The living room has a superb sea view on the side; You will love having your breakfast on the balcony which is south oriented. It is located at the perfect spot of Nice, in between the wonderful beach "La reserve" and the port of Nice. Perfect for discovering the city of Nice, going for a walk on the Promenade des Anglais or the old Nice, having a brunch Place du Pin or taking a swim at the beach "La reserve".

Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. The new tram line - just 300m away - is a real advantage (see Getting Around below).

The living room has a sofa bed (194 X 140 cm bed), a dining table, TV and reversible air conditioning. (not suitable for people with reduced mobility) crib and baby chair upon request (to be specified when booking).
