Our yard has fruit trees, a barbecue, fire pit, and views of the mountains and water There is a trail through the woods to the nearby shoreline. It's a spacious ground floor retreat. Amazing view of Lake Stevens from this upper-floor guest house. Enjoy almost 700 sq ft of living space and 168 sq ft of deck overlooking the lake. Slide open the two 3 ft wide barn doors to access the private sleeping area with a queen bed and there is a Stanton sofa bed in the living area. Fully stocked kitchen, full bath, and a huge live edge bar for beautiful sunset dining. Enjoy relaxing days on the water in North Cove, which, after 1:00 pm, is the only "no wake zone" on the lake.

Set on almost 10 private acres with a pond, walking trails , fire pit, outdoor eating , BBQ and 2 Bikes to ride anywhere local you’d like. Wake up, enjoy your coffee on one of the two porches overlooking the sunrise or the evergreens. I’ll provide coffee, creamer and a few breakfast items to tide you over.
