Danica‘s cottage was wonderful in the perfect spot to take a family vacation. The beds were extremely comfortable and the Wi-Fi is fast. Most evenings were spent on the back deck having dinner, followed by a nightly bonfire. The kitchen is fabulously stocked with utensils you would need to cook a meal. Moments away from Port Franks Beach and sandwiched in between Grand Bend and Forest. Before leaving, we were already planning a vacation back in the fall and we will definitely be reserving Danica‘s cottage, if available. Thanks again!

Lake Huron's Hidden Gem Cottage Oasis!

Jane’s place was the perfect getaway for a long weekend to relax and rewind. Jane was very communicative the whole process. I liked that she had a detailed guidebook for everything you could possibly need to know. The home is spacious with plenty of sleeping room for all our guests and our beloved dog. It’s a very quiet area and was lovely sitting outside listening to the birds chirp. The beach is only a short walk from the home and we caught the sunset two nights while we were there. Weather permitting you can sit outside and enjoy the fire. While we were there we visited the Pinery park which I highly recommend and is only a 20 minute drive if you like trails and hiking. We drove through most of the park making stops along the way. We also visited Ipperwash beach which is a short drive from the home and close to local restaurants and ice cream parlors. We also checked out the herb garden and Cynthia was super helpful!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. The space is just as pictured - perfect for a large group or multiple families. We especially enjoyed the hot tub , sauna and excellent fire pit with the chilly weather. The nearby beach is gorgeous and would be perfect on a warmer weekend. Alon is extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here. The neighborhood is quiet and charming and the house is just as advertised. Also close to the Pinery and the attractions in Grand Bend. Will definitely visit again.

I absolutely loved my stay at Dawn’s loft. She was so warm and welcoming, and I felt right at home. The space was comfortable and private, and all the thoughtful touches made it feel extra special. I was initially unsure about the outdoor shower, but it was very clean and didn’t feel like it was outdoors at all. It ended up being totally fine. Dawn even left a bottle of Ice Wine to celebrate my graduation, which was such a kind gesture. That, along with all the other little details, really showed how much care she puts into the space. The beaches nearby are beautiful and there’s so much to explore. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you again Dawn for a wonderful time!
