Our 2-bedroom, 1500 sqft basement is perfect for your short term stays. The kitchen and livingroom offer ample space for entertainment, though please note there are no cooking utilities connected per city regulations. Our peaceful place accommodates 4 guests. Enjoy the convenience of two car parking spots, and take advantage of the central location for easy access to nearby amenities like the Port Coquitlam Community Centre, restaurants, skytrain station.YVR Airport is just 45 minutes away.

We’re located just a block away from local transit, or jump on a bike and cruise the beautiful Spirit Trail to the Shipyards waterfront community. With world class hiking, skiing and mountain biking only minutes away, the adventures await! Our Suite is perfect for individuals, couples and adventurers!

Hillside 1 bedroom suite offers a queen bed and a queen sofa bed that will sleep 4 comfortably. Close to Port Moody with a 15 minute walk downhill to Inlet Skytrain Stn and 25 minute walk to Rocky Point Park/ Port Moody Brewery District. Set in a woodsy, quiet neighbourhood with easy driving access to amenities. IMPORTANT TO NOTE that there are stairs to get to the suite entrance and we are 15 minute walking UP & DOWN hillside, to nearest public transportation. Having a car would be ideal.

This private suite is a brand new listing in Burquitlam, an emerging suburban neighborhood at the edge of Burnaby & Coquitlam. The Old Yoga Studio

This private, open plan suite was created from my former yoga studio within our family home, reusing and repurposing materials wherever possible. Warm reclaimed hardwood floors leads to a deck at the edge of the Princess Park forest, with a salmon creek running to the west. Wildlife often passes through — raccoons, owls, and occasionally even a bear. Some of the North Shore’s best mountain biking is just a block away. A quiet, unique retreat designed for rest, privacy, and nature.

Kick back in this calm, stylish ground level suite. Enjoy your 2 bedroom oasis on the serene mountainside of Coquitlam. Ready to welcome you is a KING size bed with 500 thread Egyptian cotton sheets, a moody living room, a cozy fireplace, and a separate reading/yoga room. The second bedroom offers a pull-out queen sofa. Gravel on the side of the house leads to the suite at the back. Turn on the fireplace and watch your favourite movie on a Samsung Oled TV.
