Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Port Charlotte

Very accommodating, home was very clean and nice,Very spacious. Very quiet area, the trees aloud for privacy in the back yard. Host responds fast, and efficiently! Definitely will be staying here again in the future.

Inessa’s home in North Port was absolutely stunning! The house was pristine, with a quaint and beautiful layout, spotlessly clean. The pool was a magnificent highlight, and the home was well-equipped with plenty of towels, washcloths, coffee, tea, silverware, dishware, and cooking utensils. They even left water in the fridge for us! The king-size bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making our stay even better. Shops were close by, and Inessa was super responsive and easy to reach. We highly recommend this gem if you’re looking for something very nice and cozy! We really liked the backyard area. The pool was great. We liked the cover that went over the pool to keep the pool warm. Kept the water about 10 degrees warmer. The beds could be more comfortable but the pillows were good. The place was very cute and charming. Would definitely stay here again!

Melissa’s house was spotless, well-furnished, and had an amazing pool. Melissa was very responsive, helpful, and a tremendous host. This is our second stay at this house and we will be back again soon!

We stayed 3 months and enjoyed our stay. 1. Hosts are very responsive. 2. I was impressed at how well the kitchen was set up with basics for cooking. 3. Church was an easy walk and there was a grocery store that was walkable too. 4. Backyard is private and screened porch pleasant. 5. House is small but has a good layout and decor is nice.

Had a great time at Michael’s little bungalow… Small, but definitely enough for my wife and I. Beach is a 2 minute walk down a tiny road directly across the street, perfect! I met Mike just after checking in because we had a little snag with the room… He came right by and remedied the issue. Great guy, great area, and nice quiet place to stay… Do not hesitate, a great Airbnb’r!

Loved my stay with Te. She’s amazing and so is her place. The courtyard is so soothing with nature’s beauty. Close to the beach too! Hope to be back soon 😌

Ed's place has become our happy place and our home away from home! This trip was so relaxing and healing after a surgery...just what I needed. Great sunsets!

The condo was very clean, great view of the bay, including the occasional pair of dolphins who wouldswim by… Nice neighbors, nice pool, also, nice kitchen as well… Any place with sharp knives deserves special mention in that regard. My wife and I did in fact, cook several nights. Great communication with our host. Location is outstanding, as well. very enjoyable.

I came to town to sail, and I could see the sailboat right out the window. Perfect spot for me! Amy's condo had everything I needed and I felt right at home. It was very clean, cute, and cozy. Thank you, Amy!

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future. Lisa and Chris's place was wonderful. Their place was clean and beautiful. They had a little welcome bowl of snacks, a couple drinks and even extra sunblock if needed. They also responded very quickly whenever we had any questions and offered a late checkout if needed. Would definitely recommended.

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats and wildlife. There was a dolphin that swam around the dock. The apartment is very well supplied with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and easy. The pool was very clean although the surrounding area had been damaged with the storm in Oct 24.
