Apartment on the 1st floor, with plenty of space both outside and inside! The apartment is 80 sqm, has most of what you need and is nice and spacious. Located in the middle between Skien and Porsgrunn. 100m to bus stop, 300m to shop and good parking opportunities. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and has very little traffic. You park right at the front door and the electric car charger (type 2) is ready for use. Code lock on door for easy access. The apartment is equipped with a heat pump and underfloor heating.

Nice forest cabin in the woods in Brunlanes, located by the lake Torsjø. There are trout in the water, so just use the boat and fish. Or just enjoy the silence. Must bring sleeping bag. Sleeps 3 but can bring a mattress for 1 extra if desired. Nice little aluminum rowing boat is ready by the water. If the boat is to be used, you must bring your own life jacket.
