It is fully equipped with all appliances and furniture to make your stay comfortable. It has a modern underfloor cooling-heating system to keep the temperatures in the house stable so no noisy air condition. What makes Villa Elia very special is the fantastic pool and barbecue area. This is the place where our guests spend most of their time.

Our house is situated 50 meters from the sea, were you will find greek tavernas with local specialities. Easy accesable for excursions(Hydra, Spetses, Portoxeli,Poros ect) for one day trips. The house is a 2 minute walk from the ermioni harbour. A small pool-jacquzzi is available on the private terrace for relaxing, not suitable for small children. Our cozy Kotetsi bell tent is nested in between our olive trees, and is equipped with 2 single beds with soft bedding and linens, a clothes-hanger, electricity, lights, fridge, a fan for the hot days and private bathroom just in front with amenities and hot water. Open shared kitchen and pool are a few meters away and at the front there is a private area with a couple of chairs and a hammock for a lazy afternoon siesta.
