The location is perfect, 10min walk from pornichet center ( bidule, terrasse, carrefour market, boulangerie ) 15-20min walk from the beach. Quiet neighborhood, very friendly. 1 bedroom 1 living room with 1 sofa which can be transformed for 2 people. 1 bathroom with a bath and the toilet is separated. 1 Kitchen fully equipped No lift, 2 stairs. There is a code at the entrance, very secured. Tv ( Netflix / Amazon / Disney + )
