Relax or celebrate with a smaller or larger crowd in this peaceful place to stay, which is an architect-designed stylish, tastefully decorated and spacious approx. 260m2 stone house on a large plot of land approx. 400m away from the big road out of reach of neighbors. There's a hot tub on the backyard patio❤️. The house is on two floors, but both entrances can be reached by car in front of the door. From the intersection of the house, access directly to the illuminated slope/ski slope. Also, the municipal stairs are nearby.

Sisällä on takka ja ilmalämpöpumppu, joten voit säätää itsellesi sopivan lämpötilan. Lemmikkieläimet on sallittu. Really nice neighborhood close to city attractions. Air conditioning keeps house calm on hot weather. Grocery store just two minutes walk away. Within walking distance (20 minutes) from Kirjurinluoto Park area. Just 10 minutes walk to the city center. The university of applied sciences is just 1.5 kilometers from the house.

Located in a welcoming and peaceful neighborhood, this cottage is easy to vacation and relax. Activities are also close. Yyteri beach is ~700m, the lake ~200m, the spa ~900m, and the golf course ~1.4km. An authentic wood sauna, a glazed cooling space, a lot, as well as the singing of birds will make your stay comfortable and relaxing :) Note: No sheet or towel available for now. There is also no swimming pool in the cottage, although the advertisement seems to indicate that there is.

Kahvi ja tee kuuluvat hintaan :) Kysy meiltä asunnon käytöstä myös etätyötoimistokäyttöön. Nice and cozy studio apartment in a slightly boheme and very friendly neighborhood. Less than 5 minutes walk to city center and 15-20 minutes to bus and train station. 30 minute walks to airport. You can walk anywhere from here! Free coffee and tea included :)
