The house has a double bed, as well as a sofa bed for sleeping. A kitchen-living room with 2 rooms, a toilet, and a laundry room. Cooling in the summer is handled by an air source heat pump. There is also a lakeside sauna in the yard, where you can swim through the pier. A guest house with two more beds is available from mid-April until October. Rowing boat.

The area is peaceful and has good opportunities for outdoor activities. Two bedrooms, livingroom and kitchen. Toilet/bathroom with tub and washer. A place for a car in a carport. No electric car charging. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of an apartment building with an elevator. 4.5 km to Old Rauma and the city center.

There is also a Kallo lighthouse, a harbor, and a cafe restaurant in the immediate vicinity. Yyteri Golf Center, Yyteri sannas, and Adventure Park Huikee are a few km away. The apartment is great for remote work, a desk in the living room with an extra screen (hdmi). The apartment has its own parking space. A portable air conditioner is used in the summer heat.
