Easy to find and park, pleasant walks from the house. We enjoyed the log burner, and the heated floor in the bathroom as the weather was cold and pretty wet!

It was such a perfect little spot, nestled into the bush with lots of space to roam… but close enough to Bright to gather the essentials. And right on the doorstep of Mount Buffalo National Park!

A peaceful and welll appointed bungalow in the stunning Buckland Valley. We loved the bucolic view across paddocks with grazing cattle, and each afternoon the black cockatoos would return to the towering gum just beyond the deck — a magical sight. The placed was quiet, very comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed thoughtfully provided. A special mention for the excellent coffee machine that grinds fresh beans — kindly supplied by the host — which made mornings a real pleasure. A perfect base for exploring Bright and the surrounds. We’d happily return.

What a beautiful place to relax and explore the area. Every window in the house had a serene outlook - looking over the dam, out to the highland cows, over to the sheep and lambs; with so many places to sit a relax - by the fire pit at the edge of the running creek, comfortable chairs in a number of nooks inside and out. We really felt at home. Thank you.
