It is located at 250 m from sea and walking distance (2,5 km) from Porec centre. It has all the necessary amenities you need. It has one bedroom with one double bad and single bed and another room with a French bed. It has a balcony where you can relax. It is not a quiet location during summer because of vicinity of road with traffic.
