The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)

Apartment Prosecco is an Olive and Spice Property located in the heart of Porec. It is a 1 min walk to the old city and a 1 min walk to the Sea. Steps away from a coffee bar and grocery store. Our apartment's central location makes it within walking distance of anywhere in the city center of Porec. It is one of the few streets in Porec where you can access the building with a car and unload your things. We offer free parking in the city public lot a 5 min walk to the apartment.

Our apartments are situated in a quiet neighbourhood just a kilometar away from the center of the old town of Poreč, from the beach and all the shopping centers where you can buy all your groceries. All three apartments are located in the same house, where I live with my family. This apartment has a small kitchen, a nice living room with a comfortable couch, a nice bedroom, bathroom and a terrace . In front of the house there is a parking, and a big garden with barbeque.

Apartment Emma is a newly renovated in 2021. Situated in Poreč centrum on 3th floor with no elevator. This apartment have a sleeping room, a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a flat-screen smart TV and wifi internet. Air conditioner is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment but there is a laundry service open 24/7 on the building ground floor. The parking is free of charge and located 300m we will provide you with the necessary information.
