Uncomplicated, very friendly. Great ocean views, short distances to the center. Since we were there in early-mid October, the place is already quite quiet and not everything is open, but if you like peace and quiet, it's just the right thing. Lukas' mom lives next door and welcomed us with a bowl full of freshly picked tangerines. Very nice!

The photos and apartment correspond exactly to the description in the listing. We felt very comfortable in the apartment of Linda's family! Everything was clean and worked very well. The kitchen was fully and generously furnished with everything. Large electric stove with oven, large dishwasher, many pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, knives, cooking appliances, etc. - all available in large numbers! Nothing was missing. On the large balcony you can sit and eat comfortably. Beds and mats are very good. Hot water is always sufficiently available. Linda and her parents are very dear people, friendly, generous, helpful and accommodating. Apartment is on the 1st floor. It's good if you have a car to get to Porec and the beach - this is also on the listing. Bus is also available. Fresh bread + cake can be bought across the street daily. We will be happy to return to Porec!

A beautiful apartment in peacefull location, when you're looking for "different" vacation as in popular tourist places, here you go. Klaudia and Deni are very friendly and welcomed us personally, it was very nice with sharing local tips. Apartment was nicely equipmet with all you need, even for travelling with small kids.

Great location, great view! We enjoyed our evening strolls through the old town and watching the activity of the harbor from the balcony. Also, the black-out blinds and air conditioning in each bedroom made for perfect sleep. The accommodations were just what we needed for the four of us to get to know the charming town of Pula.

We stayed there over the weekend and had a blast. 😍The beach is about a minute away and with the bus you are in 10min in the middle of Pula. My small one cried because we had to leave 😂 The apartment was completly renovated and very clean. Thank you for the hospitality.

We had wonderful days in lovely Piran! Igor has a perfect organisation for everything and I also want to mention Marko, who was there when we arrived and told us everything, what we need to know! Parking situation, reccomandation for restaurant ,...! Thank you for this beautiful holidays :-)

Great location! Stairs to bedrooms are very steep and narrow - think the space-saving stairs you might see in tiny homes, etc. Not an issue for us, but would be for some who have mobility concerns. It was helpful having a bathroom on each floor. Loved the balcony. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We were very warmly welcomed by Ilija and Ljublica and felt at home from the beginning. We really appreciated the many little things from the garden! The house and location is perfect to walk to the beach, restaurants, small grocery store in the village and the bakery. Thank you for the unforgettable stay!

Only positive things about Jasmin. He was helpful and friendly and is flexible, which are the most important things for his work. Rovinj was magical as always.

Very clean and nice accommodation, we were also allowed to check in much earlier on request and the hostess speaks good German. The beach is easily accessible and equipped, offers shaded places and a beautiful, inexpensive beach bar. The water is turquoise but cloudy & nature breathtaking! The only drawback we have is that the images of the listing are outdated. Most of the furnishings have now been replaced or removed - but this is positive, especially at the top of the living room - or elsewhere. Also the large apartment complex right next door does not even exist in the pictures. This keeps it shaded for a long time, especially in the outdoor area. The village is quiet and empty, apart from the boats and cars in the harbor and a large power plant next door. However, many people travel daily to the beach & at one night there was even a big concert there. We had a lovely time overall and did not disappoint!

The location of the place is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, you can walk to the place in 5 minutes and wonderful walks are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something didn't work in the apartment, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax here well. We would happily come back.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Cristian was exceptionally helpful from meeting us at the port & escorting us to our house to organising transport upon leaving. He provided great local advice also. The house is beautiful, easily accessible and in the heart of the old town. Rovinj is stunning & we can’t wait to return. No recommendation is too high. Jack.

It was a wonderful time for our family and friends. We felt there like a family members, got a lot of recommendation about beaches, restaurants, places where we could buy high quality wine and olive oil. I highly recommend the stay at Villa Blu & Villa Sol. Clean swimming pool, amazing view. All you need for a perfect holidays.

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

A nice and clean place, in a good location close to the beach, about a 10-minute walk to the center. The hosts are lovely, accommodating, and welcoming. Recommendation!

Anna's place had everything we needed for our 5 day summer trip. The location is the best, especially with kids: restaurants, little shops and the beautiful sea/beach close by. The konoba in front of the apartment, had 2 nights with live music until midnight, which was not the best for a good nights sleep. Communication with Anna was easy. Still it was a perfect stay and we enjoyed our time in Anna's apartment.

We travel a lot and this place was one of the best we've ever rented! The hosts were always available immediately. Unfortunately, we had to stop the holiday due to an illness, but we will be back!

Very clean ans spacious flat with easy access to local beach. Second floor but stairs not steep. Feels like home. Large balcony with parasol table and chairs so perfect for morning breakfast or even lunch with a sea view. Very easy access to Pula city center as well as easy transit to north of Istria. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families. We’ve enjoyed every minute of being there. Overall very good experience - thank you!

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.
