Monthly Rentals in Popian

Perrine's house is very nice, beautifully decorated and very well-equipped. We had a lovely stay there. I highly recommend it!

Visiting the south for a family event close to Gignac, Lyvia and Steeve's accommodation checked all the boxes! The location is excellent, quiet and close to a major road to reach Montpellier and surrounding villages easily. No unpleasant surprises, the interior is cozy and warm (except maybe the stiffness of the sofa bed in the living room ahah!), Lyvia was responsive the moment we needed her. The dreary weather of early April did not allow us to enjoy the garden, but still breakfasts on the terrace provided, what happiness! We highly recommend this listing!!! Everything is very clear and well detailed for both check-in and checkout. It's really appreciable. The hostess is really responsive! There are lots of nice hikes around we had a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Small wifi problem, I couldn't connect during my stay. Also, the furniture on the terrace was covered with pollen and there was nothing available to clean so I was not able to enjoy the outdoors. The bathroom VMC is quite noisy, even the door closed. It was also missing a small space heater, because a single small heater is not enough even in spring... That said, the place must be cool in summer! Otherwise the accommodation is very good, the street is quiet, the interior is well decorated and arranged. The sofa bed is comfortable. The apartment is clean and smells good. It has everything you need. It was a very pleasant stay, I would recommend!:)
