We had a very pleasant stay. The house is decorated nicely in sixties style. It has all ammeneties required for a great stay. The airconditioning was very useful with the warm weather in Tuscany. The kids loved the swimming pool (the son of the owner came to clean it a few times, so was always in good condition). You have a great view from the terraces. The garden and terraces are bigger in reality as compared to the pictures. From Santa Maria a Monte we could easily visit Lucca/Pisa, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, ... One recommendation if you plan to do the same, take an extra day to also enjoy the house and its garden. We regret we planned already a lot of visits and didn't spend a full day at the house and in the pleasant village. Highly recommend to stay here for a great vacation in Tuscany!

The apartment is in a very quiet area of Montopoli, with a very pleasant visit from both balconies. Great location for visiting neighboring cities like Pisa and Florence. Free parking is available! When we arrived, Alessandro welcomed us, who was really very kind and professional. The apartment is well furnished and above all clean. Very well maintained and well-equipped! We had a great time, and if we were to happen in the area it would definitely be our choice. Recommended for everyone!

This was the perfect place to stay. We chose this apartment because of its location near to the Piaggio that my husband wanted to visit. However with Pisa only 15 mins and Firenze 45 mins on the train it was a perfect for sight seeing . Apartment lovely, modern and really quiet. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.
