Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ponte Capriasca

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

Simply a great place to stay for holidays in Ticino. Brigitte personally welcomed us and showed us everything. She gave us great recommendations for the area, which we tried directly and enriched our vacation with her knowledge of Ticino. The Ticino house is very nice, practical and thoughtfully furnished and offers wonderful seating especially outside with great views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Maggiore in the distance. The kitchen is very well equipped and the appliances all work great. The wine cellar also invites you to try. We are always happy to include the box of guidebooks, maps and brochures in our daily planning. We also liked the location of the house. A little away from big main roads, but also not too far away. So the trips to the excursion destinations were very pleasant and shopping facilities were also easy and quick to reach by car

The place is beautiful and very well located. You have a fantastic view of the lake and some hiking opportunities in the area. The apartment is about 10 minutes' drive from Colico and it is super quiet. The pool and pool loungers are also great.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

The loft offers an unbeatable combination of charm, comfort, and modern amenities, and the breathtaking views from the terrace made every moment special. We spent countless hours on that terrace, sipping wine and soaking in the stunning scenery — it felt like a dream. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, making it easy to enjoy meals at home. Communication with the owner was top-notch — always warm, friendly, and prompt. The music selection in the loft was an unexpected delight, adding to the overall atmosphere. Rezzonico itself is an absolute gem of a village — peaceful, authentic, and the perfect base for exploring the region. We fell in love with its charm and beauty. This was truly one of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had, and we’d return in a heartbeat!

It was a great week in the beautiful Lucertola with a dream view, despite extremely wet weather. We also felt very comfortable in the house, we would have liked to have used the beautiful outdoor area a little more. Luckily, there was the great glazed veranda. Relatively well connected by public transport, but a car is good. Communication with Andrea was impeccable. Highly recommended!

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

Milena's apartment is the perfect place to explore the beautiful region of Ticino. The apartment is really homely and has everything you could need. The bed is large and so comfortable! We very much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

The rental was beautiful with an amazing view. It took 10 minutes to get to town by car. Easy drive to Varenna and Bellano. The outdoor patio was great with a large area under cover.

What an incredible stay! Michele’s place has everything you need to feel at home, all in an amazing location. There are enough amenities nearby such as the convenience store and 2 restaurants/bars, along with bus stops and even the dock for ferries across the lake. I had a wonderful stay at this place in Lierna! The apartment was incredibly clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need — and even more. The view from the window was absolutely beautiful, and the atmosphere was so peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy some quality time. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the stay with Franziska to the fullest. Such a beautiful place - a charming garden, the surroundings wonderful - what more could you want... we had made a stopover on the way back from southern Italy with our 3 children. This is a beautiful apartment in a prime location that has a parking spot, but you don't need a car. The apartment is a very short walk to the lake ferry service, the town square and a C10 bus stop. You can walk to Menaggio Piazza Roma Bus station in under 10 minutes if you want to take the bus to Lugano, Switzerland. The apartment is beautiful, with historic decor and modern conveniences and a lovely terrace. You can hear some street noises, but the apartment is very private. Roxana is very easy to communicate with. Thank you Roxana! We enjoyed our stay!

It was indeed a pleasure staying at Marco's chalet, in serene surroundings. Spacious with a great garden, and the house had all it needed

My only regret is that we can’t give 6 stars on the evaluation and that since we want to come back it hurts me to advertise it to others!! Frankly, a part from the place which is a little jewel, the calmness of the surroundings, the spectacular lake Como, what we appreciated the most is the kindness and proactivity of our hosts. They truly embody the ideal concept of what Airbnb should always be. Thanks to the whole family

Wonderful private and gorgeous retreat high up on the hillside. RENT A CAR. We did, but only last minute and initially had planned to uber to and from the Airbnb both for arrival and departure as well as just day trips; this would have been a mistake, it is 12-14 minutes up the hill from the town. If you have a rental car and are comfortable driving up steep roads, it is a fun adventure and the views make it well worth the trek. The space itself is second to none. Gorgeous pool with million dollar views, several levels of terraces with sun chairs, outdoor eating areas, and the home itself is inviting and comfortable.

Beautiful and nature-filled haven in Porto Ceresio surmounting Lago Lugano and surrounded by greens and mountains. The house is thoughtfully designed, comfortable and cozy. Our host Marco is friendly, professional, proactive and always willing to help on everything we need. It’s a perfect place for family and friends to make wonderful moments and memories. Highly recommended.
